What's confusing you? They come to the bitcointalk forum for marketing and other promotions there's nothing wrong with that, right?

They came here for advertisement and when I checked the casino they are accepting BTC and other cryptocurrencies therefore they have the legit right to come here to expand their brand and more users to visit and even if they didn't accept cryptocurrency before. They can start it from here. Many casinos came here with fiat deposit as their major currency and at time goes on they started adding cryptocurrencies one after the other and now they are crypto casinos.
So we are to welcome them and encourage them to add other necessary things so people can use it without stress. I also join others to welcome CHICKEN.GG to the forum.
