Hi everyone, I have a question if this happens to someone else. Yesterday I did some gambling session, usually I go around games, spining till I get 0 balance and then I go back opening all the games where I won a bonus to play them. Yesterday I been do that on BetFury, on 1st round (got like 4 bonuses on 4 games: Bigger Bass Bonanza -> Pragmatic, Big Bass Bonanza Mega Ways -> Pragmatic, Rotten -> Hacksaw, Lady Wolf Moon -> BGaming), after played the 1st round bonuses I start back doing the same. When I arrive at Lady Wolf Moon spinned like 150$ and got x3 balls (bonus) so I close and I go ahead with The Dog House of Pragmatic as I still had some balance, after I lose all in The Dog House I went playing the bonuses I had, I had played everything except Lady Wolf Moon where my bonus wasn't there and the spin value was resetted to 0.1$ himself (I went straight away to cronology and I saw, that in last spin there was no "answer" back like usual happens:

I obviously talk to the support about it but they said I will have to wait some "unknown" time because this matters could take some time to be resolved.
I was wondering if something similar happened to someone else and what's happening in this case if so?
