I'm not saying they "rip" me off. Is clearly a connection problem what happened yesterday (that they don't want to assume). Point is, that round was closed (so that cannot be provably fair at all) , even if is ridiculous cuz if that 5$ refund is the answer, means in 15 spins on a medium volatility game, I didn't get a single penny.

And yeah about this such "big" , if you know you're under ddos, or somehow having problems connection within a game, do not let customers playing it (is what they should do once a problem // bug appear on a slot).

The result of a special bonus, could be 0$ or maybe max, is a range. I'm not talking about what I spend to get that special bonus, I'm talking about a vanished special bonus.

Hi, yeah, is what I expected cuz is how I play slots, wwhen resummed it, had nothing and bet value was on 0.1$ not on 1$.

But I take a shortcut [for me] and pasted the whole text to my contact and let them digest your words themselves instead of giving a brief of what happens like other cases. They understand correctly that you're experiencing a technical issue with your gameplay?

Their technical division is currently investigating it and my contact will return to me once they hear about any result. Might have to wait until Monday, though, as this is Friday and I leave my contacts to themselves every weekend.

If they can change the max. multiplier & volatility of a game provided by a 3rd then yeah should be all good, cuz some of us play in-base of volatility and the max multi ,, but if not then is not okay.

After 24 hours since that happened, the round was automatically closed (due to obviously some bug) and I received the 5$ refund (few hours ago) that is the exactly reward for hitting x3 triggers (balls). Problem is the 3 triggers equals to special bonus, so when yesterday I reassumed the game, I was suppose to have that special bonus (like I had on the other 3 games) but I didn't had it, like that round instead resuming get vanished in nowhere.

Obviously everything will match cuz I wouldn't do that with no reason. Even if , I gently asked it, to be checked within 24 hours because that round will be automatically closed as per game description, but obviously, for them sometimes doesn't matter. Hi, as is a game of my routine (played for 2 months like, several bonuses such 120+), never had a 0x won on any special bonus. Also I would like to precise that this game is a medium volatility game (by their website description).

Perhaps he is expecting a huge win if the special bonus was triggered which is not in reality because it’s still volatile even on the bonus round.

I have a nightmare experience on bonus buy hunt so winning noting is a normal scenario which the OP is currently using as reason to accuse the casino for cheating him.

yeah, and if he does this often, he is just inviting bugs to happen, especially on old slots.

because guess what @OP? if you do this enough times, one or two slots will bug out, so just play normally like the rest of us do, one slot at a time.
