I have deposited the amount three times but I have not received the amount even once.
1. Amount 500/- inr
2.amount 4000/- inr
3.amount 5000/-inr

I have given all the videos, screenshots and statements but till now not a single amount has been credited to my game account.


I'm getting nothing in the name of live support. I'm being sent to the help center, but there's no chat option. All my tickets are either pending or on hold! I've provided all the proof step by step, and they're holding it again and again. There's no proof of missing documents, which I haven't provided.

I think the deposit should be credited by now otherwise op could have been panicking till now.
However, it’s good to have patient when it comes of online operations, they should exercise little patient while using the account most time it’s manual credited to their account while some times it’s automated payments. Probably his deposit was credited already. Otherwise he would come back to the forum and update us again. Sometimes delay happens depositing fiat on casinos because the deposits are handled manually by the 3rd party agents. This is the reason I avoid making transaction with fiat currency on any website. Crypto deposits and withdarwals are instant in most casinos. So, it is better to use crypto instead.

Since OP did not came back, we assume the case was solved already. Probably holydarkness know a little more about the update.

OP. I understand correctly that you keep depositing although the first three deposits were "stuck" and prompt you to create this thread? And now we have four stuck deposits, while BC said that it's failed and there is a probability you got refunded to your bank within 7 days?

I'll advise you to stop depositing for the time being. I'll reach my contact in BC that's in charge for fiat and confirm the status of those marked as failed.

Three previous payments were pending in a similar manner. They were deposited within 24-48 hours of booking the tickets, and the deposit slip was provided as proof. But after submitting proof of this payment, they responded asking for a refund or to collect their commission after seven days.

Three previous payments were pending in a similar manner. They were deposited within 24-48 hours of booking the tickets, and the deposit slip was provided as proof. But after submitting proof of this payment, they responded asking for a refund or to collect their commission after seven days.

I'm really sorry that I find things hard to understand. If I may ask again, to be very clear, which deposit currently has what status? Just give me the deposit ID [and the date] and their status and I'll try to reach my contact with this info, I think that'll be easier to understand.
