New crypto projects often fail due to a combination of overambition without solid execution. Many new crypto projects simply copy existing ideas, lacking utility, and largely failing because they don't offer unique solutions. Only projects focused on innovation, a clear vision, a clear mission, transparency, and a competent team are likely to survive long-term, like Solana, which offers fast and affordable transactions. Without these, projects are easily replaced by stronger competitors.

They have low projection they are not looking ahead gone are does days that before execution of projects they would have taking there time not just doing everything because they want to make quick money there are a lot of dead projects and plenty of them have be delisted because the project does not longer have anything to offer they are as good as dead. And most of this developers lack experience all they care about is money and instead of them to be more futuristic about the project. And there is nothing even wrong from copying a pattern but they should do it right.

Just that they need to have a vision and you also need to have a mission and that is why it is important for every project to have a road map you don't just establish a business without a road map and you need to have a good convincing power because most times the issues does not come from the developers most times it comes from the sponsors because when the project is being executed they will also want to see what they are benefiting so in this case everybody needs to be patient enough just  to focus on making the project work before any other thing follow.

As far as I know, many new cryptos are created simply to follow trends. As you mentioned, without a competent development team and a real product, these projects inevitably won't survive long in the market.
If you see the numbers of coins entering the market right now, then you will see that most of those projects cant survive in the market because they have nothing to offer.

Most of the coins entering the market right now are being pumped base on hype, they don’t have any use to the crypto space, and any coin that’s pumped base on hype won’t stay long in the market because hype won’t continue like that, time will come when the hype is going to die down, and if it can die down, then after few weeks or months you not going to hear about the coin again.

It’s just so difficult to identify a real project right now, most of them don’t end well after investing, that’s why it’s just so risky to invest in all the memecoins entering the market now, because you are likely going to lose your money.
