Can you promote casinos in your signature that You cant access in your region?

Why not? As long as they are reputable in this community (Bitcointalk), I can promote such gambling site. But all the crypto gambling sites that I have seen on this forum which I have registered on before have not regional restrictions for people living in my country, and this include the one I am presently wearing their signature and avatar.

I will promote the casino and gambling somewhere else that is available in my region. Since they didn't say people from my region shouldn't create account with them, they didn't say such people can't promote them, so I see no big deal there. Since they are paying me for the promotion and they don't demand that I must have an account with them before I can promote them I will promote them. Although I will do my research to find out if they are casino with integrity and not a scamming casino.

I won’t stop myself from promoting a project just because it is not available in my region, if the casino is legit, without controversies, fair, fun to play and has people playing there then why not I will promote it.
The point of promoting is for other people to see it and not just for me alone to be able to play it.

Obviously, all the casinos I have promoted on this forum all accept people from my region and I have never heard any difficulty while creating account, depositing and gambling on each of them. Because rejecting a signature campaign, simply because it restrict people from your region, and not that it was all edged to have scammed or related to fraud, literally doesn't sound ethical. Because it would have been better convincing the casino why they need to allow people from your region have access to it's platform, rather than just rejecting it, when the casino is actually genuine and not a scam casino. But however, everybody is entitled to their decision.

You can submit an application in the signature campaign even if the casino is restricted in your country... The signature campaign does not require you to play there even though it has been promoted through the signature campaign. As long as you are a true gambler, the manager may choose you.

The important thing in the signature campaign is to spread the signature advertising banner more widely so that it gets more exposure.

I only look on the casino website and even go straight to registration only when I am been accepted into a campaign, or when I am participating in other casinos competitive campaign like there are so many in games and rounds. By choosing to promote a casino especially the ones that are reputable here in the forum, you are helping an individual avoid being scammed by a dubious casino. So you must think outside the limit of your region and think on a global scale because if you choose not to recommend or promote a casino just because playing option is not available for your region, you've just put someone in the way of getting scammed. Your promotion and recommendations are important because the people who may want to gamble on the casino may not only be your region and even if they are in your region currently it is possible that they do not remain there.

What matters most is the reputation of the casino and so far it's reputable Ofcourse I'll promote it even though it can't be accessible in my own country, I think there are other people here who's country is not restricted that would find it interesting. Anyways I believe that before most casinos or betting platform launches a campaign here they must have undergone some reviews from members of this forum and I also have to do my own research on them too to see for myself before applying to promote them here.

In my country, most of the casino here are not restricted and I haven't seen any that includes my region as part of their restricted country, also I am not a fan of testing various casinos, but let say stake that I wear the signature pay into my stake account and I don't have any problems with visiting stake casino at whatever time, so I can't really tell what it could have been if stake is unavailable in my region, I guess one will have to move on then and not force things, but if the campaign payments is made into my personal wallet, that means I won't border if I am unable to visit their site or not.

If the manager is okay with it I don’t see any reason not to promote it. Most campaign appreciate it when those who are participating in actually support and use their website - it doesn’t only gives you a really experience of what it is that’s in your signature but also helps you in discussions on the thread or when someone has an issue with the site.

I haven’t done it before, but like I said before if the manager is okay with participants not being able to access the site that they are promoting then no problem I’ll simply just wear it and continue with my normal discusssion here in the forum.

My signature space is not only limited to its display to be seen by people who are in my region, so for such I will accept such offer and promote a service as long as they are offering a genuine service, and I'm not helping them in any way to scam others, then there is entirely nothing wrong with doing that, but where it will be a bit complicated is a situation where gambling is entirely illegal in a particular country someone from their promoting gambling in his signature space I don't know how their law will react to it if being found.

Nothing wrong about that and no rules prohibits each user for not promoting a casino even if they are in their restricted regions.

Since participants duty is to spread their banners in this forum. So with that case I don't see anything wrong if people will participate on their campaigns.

What's not fine is if their reputation is not good and they have lots of scamming issues, with this for sure many people would provably avoid promoting those casinos since for sure doing it is not acceptable to their principles.

I do the same thing as you because I promote most of the gambling sites and when I go to a promotion I create an account there and after creating an account I follow all the rules and regulations of that casino platform and see how trustworthy they are. Out of all the promotions I have worked on so far, I have gambled on some good casino platforms except for the casino platform and lately I am signing up to the casino platform I am gambling on this casino platform. However, according to your question, I will say that gambling is completely prohibited in my country and all the rules and regulations given in gambling are not legal according to the laws of my country. However, I continue to promote gambling on my account but if such an offer is made from my country, I will never accept such an offer, of course I will refuse.

yeah I'm fine with promoting a casino even if I can't access it because of georestrictions. when advertising a platform, what matter to me the most is whether they are legitimate and not scammers. also, I can always use VPN to access and learn more about the plaform.

Why wouldn't you think you couldn't? You're trying to get the business more visibility on the forum and help promote their brand, you being able to play or access the site has nothing to do with it, although I do feel like you should believe in the product you are promoting. For example, I wouldn't wear the 1xbit code in my sig space as I do not think they are safe to play and you are at high risk of losing money.

Well, I've never had a deal to promote a casino that isn't available in my region, and thank goodness, my country is a gambling friendly country so it's really hard to come across any casino that won't be available or accessible from here, except the casino itself is the one that restrict my country access to the casino...

But assuming I come across an offer to promote a casino that isn't available in my region, i will promote the casino so long as I am not promoting it to people of my region,  I will pick up the offer if..
1. It's isn't a rule that I must visit, sign up and maybe try the casino..
2. It's not also mandatory to write any form or type of review about my experience playing on the casino.
3. Most importantly if the campaign manager doesnt mind the fact that the casino isn't available in my region, this is if he knows my region anyway..

This is a forum that supports users privacy, so I believe its not mandatory that a casino or the campaign manager will want to know the region the campaign participants come from as a way to endure the casino is available to them, so I should have no problem promoting the casino as far as I am not promoting it to people in my region (just as I've said before)

Why not if you really want to promote them even if you can't access the site due to the geo-restriction? 
As long as the casino legitimately runs its business here in the forum and is managed by a reputable manager.

But IMO, it feels awkward to promote a gambling casino that you can't even access to provide your insights on it.
It's always ideal to promote the gambling casino that you have personal experience it and give an honest review.

I would say yes, but I cannot speak for your countries laws on promoting gambling. Some countries have regulations when it comes to advertising gambling. But I am no lawyer so that is just an educated guess.

Most users posted that it is ok so I guess it is probably ok.

It does not matter if you can play on the casino or not, what the casino wants is visibility on this forum.

YES! as long as it is legit and have a good record. They are legit specially in this forum. AS long as they dont pay the slary on their platform.
You dont need to access their casino and play, you just need to wear their signature and photo, give a good information on this community in other topic or so.
You can promote and get your salary on your BTC wallet.
