Yeah, greed makes people undermine their security and chase profits. I've had an experience where a vendor from Bybit whom I patronized often tried to coarse me to trade with him on Whatsapp citing that we're now very familiar with ourselves and can do trades between ourselves off the exchange. I promptly agreed and asked this him to send the money first before I'll be sending his coins, he tried everything within his capacity to make me send first but I held my ground insisting he sends first. Long story cut short he stopped replying. The guy wanted to take advantage of our new found partnership to scam me but I was more security conscious of my funds and escaped him.
