🔥 What Is BedrockCoin?

BedrockCoin ($BRK) is a decentralized, fair-launched cryptocurrency built on the Scrypt algorithm and secured exclusively by Proof of Work. Inspired by the unshakable foundation of bedrock itself, BRK was created to restore trust through:

- ✅ True decentralization — no premine, no team allocation, no hidden reserves
- ✅ ASIC-resistant mining — accessible to GPU miners worldwide
- ✅ Fixed supply — only 7.46 million BRK will ever exist
- ✅ Transparent distribution — 100% mined, 0% pre-allocated

There is no PoS phase, no staking, and no token burning. BedrockCoin is pure PoW, from genesis to final block.

---

💡 Core Features

100% Proof of Work Security — secured solely by miners, no validators
Scrypt Algorithm — battle-tested, ASIC-resistant, and fair
5-Minute Block Time — faster confirmations than Bitcoin or Litecoin
Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment — every 2 hours for stable mining
Fixed Supply Economics — 7,460,000 BRK max, all distributed via mining
Community-Driven & Anonymous Founder — no corporate control, no central point of failure

> "I’ve been scammed too many times. Bedrock Coin is my answer: simple, secure, and 100% PoW."
> — Creator of BedrockCoin (anonymous)

I'm with you! I've been mining solo for over an hour and haven't found anything. Now I'm trying shared mining. There's been no activity in Explorer for several hours either.

Hello. The wallet (software installed on GitHub) is faulty. The pool service is unavailable. GitHub files should be checked again and errors should be resolved.
Unless the developers specifically did this, there is a possibility that it was done on purpose.

The blockchain has a very high difficulty, it was attacked by some ASIC, which increased the difficulty, this happens because our code, when it was born from a fork, inherited old technology, thank God we have a plan up our sleeve in block 1000, POS/POW will integrate a new DGW algorithm, which will correctly guide the flow of 12 minutes between each block.

Question:

Not much techy here but any technical explanation why the wallet (Windows) is tagged as a suspicious and dangerous app on Google Chrome, but is just fine on Mozilla Firefox?  Both browsers are using the default privacy and security settings.

It marks it as suspicious because mining is illegal for Google Chrome.

5-Minute Block Time — faster confirmations than Bitcoin or Litecoin
Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment — every 2 hours for stable mining
Litecoin has a block time of 2.5 minutes, making it faster and more secure compared to the average of 5 minutes.
Since difficulty adjustments occur every two hours or 12 blocks, this won't benefit mining much, as they are almost always adjusted without change.
Will there be halving, or will the block reward be fixed?
Also, there are no new features in the blockchain compared to Litecoin or others?

Hello, it's a new and improved chain, to avoid stumbling, it's already online and working. Check the block explorer and you'll see.
