Greetings,
I don’t have the stomach to write out the details of what is a horrible story of losing 100 bitcoins acquired in 2009.
It’s totally my fault and nobody else to blame (except a random thief) and there are no other backups wallets or key copies. I feel sick all the time and having difficulty concentrating as It’s all I think about and it’s affecting my day to day. I’m not wealthy by any means either so this is a catastrophic loss.
Are there any type of support group of others who have had this type of scenario? The story itself is colorful and spans 15 years - I will write it here Eventually.
Basically I finally realized this week after years of searching every possible drive email cloud etc etc etc  that all info has been deleted by me over the years or accidentally stolen with other items and probably thrown away.
Basically the Bitcoin was acquired, hidden, forgotten about, remembered and then unobtainable through horrific coincidences as the last copy was on a usb that happened to be in a bag that was stolen while moving. I of course didn’t know the last copy was on this usb - I just figured that out.
I don’t even have the wallet address to confirm what’s there and what’s not. It’s like it never existed so I have no closure.
Another story of Bitcoin that will sit on the block forever. I think. Unless the thief got the key but it was hidden in the drive with the most boring subject files I could think of. 😜.
Thanks for any help or info in advance.

If you can't accept the inevitable, you need a therapist. Don't hang out with "comrades in misfortune" to constantly feed your regrets. You need to see a therapist who will restore your faith in the future. Accept that not everyone is destined to be rich. Many of us could have become millionaires, but we don't jump off towers or shoot ourselves; we live the life we've built for ourselves, and we still believe in Bitcoin.

Greetings,
. I feel sick all the time and having difficulty concentrating as It’s all I think about and it’s affecting my day to day. I’m not wealthy by any means either so this is a catastrophic loss.

You already had an answer to what you wanted to ask for right form your title, because it says you're in need of a support group for permanent bitcoin loss, the world permanent there explain it all, that any asset lost is gone permanently, we cant restore it back for any reason, don't lot some other people increase to your incidence of loss, take heart and move on, because there is nothing like bitcoin recovery service in a decentralized digital economy.

It's hopeless to recover those bitcoins if you can't provide the necessary accessible required datas. Infact, you don't own such bitcoin if you don't have prove to it and not even the wallet address to atleast track the wallet in the mempool to know if the bitcoin is still there or has been sent to another wallet.
15 years ago you said you acquired this bitcoins should be enough long time for you to just forget it and move on.
If you're an earlier day adoptor and verily understand the potentials and essence of bitcoin to your life, you'd had start accumulating afresh since then and by now you'd may have owned some good values. Similar incidents has happened to lot of the early days adoptors and couldn't recover or get access to their bitcoin portfolios because they totally can't provide information to their wallets and security access keys.

I spent couple months going through everything I had too.  My mother ended up finding an Asus laptop of mine in storage with Windows XP which had multiple Bitcoin wallets on it.  Though I must say their very old and it's not as easy as people think to recover very old wallet(s), it requires custom parsing then conversion to modern wallet import formats.   The old Bitcoin worked different, there are many private keys not just addresses.  Every time you were rewarded back then you got a new key in one dat file.  I found multiple I'm gonna guess because I was testing.
