If we feel that our emotion is getting out of control, stress and frustration piles up due to losing, I believe it is time for a break.

Both, whether you’re winning or losing, you need to take a break. You read that right, even when you’re winning. I know it’s hard to do, and not all gamblers would want to. Of course, they don’t want to break their momentum. Even I find it hard to do, but it’s actually beneficial.
