I assume I can pick either the champions league or NFL or even somehow combine both in the same artwork?

Do I have to pick some team or can it be also in general?

I guess it’s entirely up to you. You can choose to focus on either the UCL or the NFL theme or yes even combine both if you want.
The sky’s the limit when it comes to creating your artwork entry here it all depends on your creativity. You can also choose any team you like, such as previous NFL or UCL champions.

Just to give you an idea, Roobet currently FC official sponsor is Chelsea FC, so featuring Chelsea in your artwork could be a great idea.

Arts is generally subjective... And where ever your strength is then make a contending Artwork. And like @xLays said; incorporating Chelsea FC's emblem or logo into your Art gives it additional edge not ignoring the Roobet logo as well.

Worthy of mention is that the skill of combining concepts of both Leagues in your Art will surely be rewarded... So, You do your research, Think deep and Create... It's usually hard, but worth it if You put the efforts.
