Have you already created previous threads about this issues? If yes then I would advise you to post this in that thread you have already created. And if No then you have to fully explain the problem in full detail how it happened than just quoting @holydarkness to help solve issues, it doesn't make sense because it seems you are taking him for granted.

Why not just advise that friend of yours to create an account here and file a complaint himself? I don't think I should be a very had task for him to do if he was able to create the BC.game account himself.

For further details, I don't even inform my contact that this issue was raised by you, they simply run the UID provided on this thread and come back to me that the account was found to be connected to your previously given UID.

Okay, mind to help me understand here how that UID is found to be connected to your UID when my contact tried to run the UID into their system, if your friend never accessed their account from your device or home and the other parameter that triggers multi-acc detection?

I, unfortunately and sadly, don't think so. I've saw BC's detection algorithm several times [on for-my-eyes-only basis] and I can assure you that same wifi is not the only trigger. When casinos find evidence of multi-acc, the result is from a cross-reference of multiple trigger being tripped. So... I doubt it's just about wifi. I understand correctly that your friend indeed never access from your phone or PC?

Hi, what he means, is that atleast on vpn friendly casinos the ip match wouldn't be enough to proof a multi account (even if some people are little fool to think using a VPN would save). So that casinos use some extra tehniques such:
- deposit crypto addresses, bank accounts, cards.
- withdrawal crypto addresses, bank accounts, cards.
- caches
- hwid (depends on each casino)
, if you're detected by some of that reason as example you will be the target of a multi account acused.
