Can you confirm that users can only swap to Monero and not to any other coin? Is that correct? So, they also can't exchange their Monero, right? If yes, would you expand the options in the future? Would you expand your market outside of those who only want to get Monero?

Also, would you consider adding support for fixed rates soon? I'm sure other swap users prefer the certainty of fixed rates over the risk of volatility of floating rates.

Right now we only let people swap into Monero (XMR). We keep a lot of XMR on hand because we want to be the #1 instant crypto‑to‑Monero exchange. Expanding to other coins could help us grow, and we’re open to that idea, but it’s not in the pipeline just yet.

Fixed‑rate swaps are definitely on our radar.

• 24/7 support
I'm not sure if the maintenance that you had last night caused a malfunction in the live chat, but I did a test and received no response in roughly 30 minutes.
- BTW, it appears that apart from the 95-character limit, there aren't any checks on the validity of our receiving addresses.

We’ve been experiencing some live‑chat issues with notifications, but we offer 24/7 support on Telegram and via email. Our team monitors all channels continuously.

The validity check has been forwarded to our technical team and will be resolved within the next 24 hours. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

This has been fixed we now have proper validation for XMR addresses, live chat has been temporarily disabled.

Are you serious? A strict NO KYC (Know Your Customer) policy for a Monero-focused platform with a website built entirely in JavaScript, without Tor, or PGP signatures.

If you have reserves, can they be added to the site, or do you rely on liquidity providers?
Also, you may need to put some money in escrow if you want to start gaining trust.

BTW, Your Reddit account has been banned.

We built this platform with simplicity and accessibility in mind, creating a straightforward instant exchange experience for the regular person. We understand that privacy is important to our users, we must be transparent that as a custodial exchange on the clearnet, users may not achieve maximum privacy, we recommend non-custodial solutions like Haveno or Bisq that can offer greater anonymity for those seeking it.

In the end we just want to be a place where you can conveniently get an instant exchange to monero without having to worry about AML checks or KYC.

We have reserves currently being implemented within the next couple of days, we will try to be more ahead with the roadmap and the speed and order we are adding features.

And yes reddit has banned our account after we posted on r/Monero, we're working on getting that reinstated.

Warning: I created multiple BTC --> XMR orders, and they all gave me the same deposit address.

I tried creating the same 0.02 BTC to XMR order and got two transaction IDs[1][2] for the same above deposit address. This way, they won't know which ID made the deposit. This only happens with a scam exchange

Hello this was an issue with bitcoin transactions only, this has been fixed. We are not a scam exchange, We are open to putting $10,000 in Monero (XMR) in escrow. We are new to the platform so we are not too sure how it works here, but like you said before we want to build trust with this community so we will do it.
