bcgame KYC failed - multiple accounts

BC game wouldnt let me withdraw 2800USDT because I failed KYC bc I created a new account after self-excluding myself a while ago.
BC game stated maintaining multiple accounts is against their policy however, creating new account after self-excluding seems to be okay.
You guys think this is fare?

Really! Who told you that it is fair to create a new account after self-exclusion? You are trying to satisfy yourself by saying this. BCgame has acted fairly according to the rules of the self-exclusion. Have you even read the rules of self-exclusion? It clearly says that

7. By self-excluding, you agree that:
• You will not create another account during this period.
• You will not deposit or attempt to deposit funds into a BC.GAME account.
• You will not wager on this website during this period.
• You will still able to log in to withdraw your asset during this period.

What is the point of self-exclusion then if they were to just let you create a new account after?

I think you are the one being unfair in this case, or maybe you don't even understand what self-exclusion is and the rules surrounding it. I am assuming if you had lost in that newly created account of yours, you would still complain about Bcgame not honoring your self-exclusion and letting you continue using their platform, leading to more losses due to your unchecked gambling addiction.

@JeromeTash Hi, I see lot of BCGame accusations today, I was just curious so I registered and depo 20$ then withdraw anyway to me went all good. I don't think they can identify someone for being self-exclusion before a kyc happening on the new registered account so that's why is that on ToS.

I'm not sure, are you accusing yourself of having multiple accounts and playing while you're under self-exclude period? I mean .... is like you trying to quit smoking and you blaming a shop for selling cigarette. I hope you will get you're withdrawal but that not for the reasons you listed, but because, BCGame simply cannot honor the "self-exclude" because in order to play you need a email and some crypto (doesn't even matter if you're 8 years old).

I am not defending OP. I am just wondering why he would self-exclude, then a few moments later create a new account on the same platform. Of course, casinos have other techniques of detecting multiple accounts so by the time they asked by for KYC verification, they already had tabs on him. They just wanted to confirm their suspicion through KYC verification

Hi yes is what I indeed, I edited the answer anyway. They just fail to honor the self-exclusion because: someone with email and some crypto can depo and play. In order to have such tool, must have ways to identify someone (which i doubt is possible if not some multiple account detect ways that can anyway easily fails).

Atleast in my country in most of casinos, you're required to identify the ID at registration time. For any strange reason, that doesn't apply to most of this casinos (I can understand why for obvious reasons, but nothing we can do about).

Some of these people with the self exclusion seem to be shot takers. It's their own fault and have to take responsibility for their own actions. If you are an addicted gambler, get help.
