Best offline wallet for BTC, USDT, and USDC (Win10 + iOS watch-only)

Looking for a cold wallet that supports BTC, USDT, and USDC,
works offline on Windows 10,
and has an iOS watch-only app for monitoring balances.

You can buy hardware wallet like Trezor.

There are many things that bitcoin wallet can do that altcoins wallet can not do.

I would have suggested Unstoppable wallet but its watch-only is having bitcoin, dash, litecoin, bitcoin cash and ecash. Its watch-only is not having other coins and stable coins. But you can get the addresses of USDT and USDC from the one you have the seed phrase and save it somewhere on your device. You can be funding the addresses and be seeing your transaction on their blockchains.

Did you know that most so-called stablecoins can be frozen/seized no matter where you store them? Personally, it really doesn't make sense to me to store stablecoins in cold wallets, because it's actually fiat from a private company.

You can create a cold wallet for BTC with an Electrum wallet, or you can buy one of the hardware devices that are classified as such. For more information see this board -> Hardware wallets

For USDT and USDC  you can download MEW offline variant. The latest release is packed into zip file ^{MyEtherWallet-v6.9.25-hotfix.2-Offline.zip} which can be found on MEW official releases github page.

Instructions how to use MEW offline can be found here.

Regarding BTC, you may use any relevant wallet that allows offline signing. The popular is Electrum. Official guide for cold storage is here.

I personally used it a few years ago to manage ETH and various relevant tokens, back when I didn’t have hardware wallets for ETH, USDC, and USDT. In your specific case, the best solution would be to use MEW for stablecoins, assuming you are going to use the ETH network
And Electrum, which in my opinion is the best BTC wallet available and very versatile, can be used in many ways

However, I also have a tip: if you are going to be making transactions constantly and signing transactions on another offline device, you will waste a lot of time
A hard wallet would be great. You would have security and ease of use

If you think it's expensive, Black Friday is coming soon and you will definitely have opportunities to buy a Trezor at a lower price

Cake wallet is a great multi-coin wallet, and they have special cold wallet version for mobile called Cupcake wallet.
But if you want to have any wallet offline you can just use old laptop computer that is disconnected from internet, or even old smartphone with everything disabled.
But hardware wallets can be dirt cheap this days...
