You're right. Bitcoin hasn't removed our dependence on traditional financial systems but it has only reduced it, and people need to understand this fact. We all know that we can't use Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies for everything in the world, at least not for the time being, so it's clear that we need to use fiat, and if we need to use fiat, we need to use banks and bank accounts, which means that we are not yet free from that dependence that we have on these systems, and it is not going to end soon, at least I don't think so.

El Salvador is an example of how a state will accumulate bitcoins in its own bitcoin reserve, and these bitcoins will not be moved anywhere, only held for many years. This is something similar to what large companies do, buying bitcoin to accumulate it, like investing in an asset that is constantly growing, like Strategy, and similar companies. But if you're talking about people using bitcoin more often in everyday life, that's a completely different matter, because if countries repeat what El Salvador is doing, bitcoin will simply remain in their reserves, and the supply of bitcoin in circulation will significantly decrease.

Similar to what's going on in my country with increased taxes from a corrupt pool of politicians in government borrowing and looting from the country while the citizens has to be paying with high tax rates all the country's debt.  In a country where the laws are not bitcoin friendly but should a citizen make money through bitcoin and converts to fiat, same government that have refused to make laws that protects crypto users would still wants you to pay income tax from it.

Well, I agree with what you said that there are governments in certain countries where there really is a corrupted government, and for us living outside those countries, there's nothing that we can do. I also agree that we will always find a way to take back the control to ourselves, but let's not forget that governments will always find a way for us to be like their puppets, and that's the sad reality.

As for my question, we know that there's more people that are using banks than Bitcoin that's why we can't really say that we are out of control of these governments already, and that's the sad reality. There are many people that are comfortable using banks and they don't have the time to learn about Bitcoin so they'll just simply ignore it. As for my first question, do we really achieve "FINANCIAL FREEDOM" if we use Bitcoin. I capitalized it because we know what happened a few days ago. Many lost their money because of that unexpected event. Many lost thousands and even millions of dollar just because of one tweet. While you expect bitcoin to be added to national reserves soon, on the other hand you say that over time it will take away the power of governments and banks. Do you know what you are saying? Did you forget that only governments and banks have the right to decide to add bitcoin to national reserves? Or countries are using bitcoin as a payment method, do you know if the government doesn't allow it it won't happen?

What's funnier is that most of us, including you, use bitcoin for speculation, to get rich quick. No one uses it as a currency but hopes it will replace fiat  .
