Hello all,

I play from piwi247 sportsbook. The bet was 1.5 over goals for First Half. When I bet on this the score was 0-1 after away team scored a goal and 0-2! I won.

I was waiting the money for my account but when I check the game it was interrupted and after that I saw cancelled due to tragic death of Miguel Angel Russo ( coach of first team ) .

The game was 1-2 and 38. mins.

I already saw the goal and score I already won the bet and I didnt play 3,5 over goals of money line for any side. I played 1,5 goals over and it happened.

I should get money with winnings but they refunded. I got crazy because I didnt deserve it.

Please help me about it what I can do.

I have seen that the game has been marked as "suspended".
Much probably in some cases they cant confirm a score since they can also play the match again.
In this specific case, this should be confirmed by bookie, they have this explained in their ToS (like what happens in case the match has been cancelled?)

If a fixture is started and isn’t completed within 30 hours of its officially planned starting time, then all bets on that fixture will be voided.
The exceptions to this rule are:

Periods that are played to completion.

Fixtures which in their normal course can take longer than 30 hours, such as golf tournaments.
Sport-specific exceptions laid out in the rules section for each individual sport.

Bets on the “First Team to Score” have action as soon as there is a score, regardless of whether the fixture is completed.
If a fixture isn't started 12 hours after its scheduled starting time all bets on that fixture will be voided.

They have such rules.

For example, there is specific bet " first team to score" if i played on this odds I probably won this one. But the thing that I didnt understand my bets are clear as much as this example ( FTtS ).

apprx all of bookies that I played on, they would have settled this bet as  Won which this is fair.

Under these conditions I cannot imagine if I played under goals selection for this game, they will settle lost.

I dont know what I am going to do.
