Hello everyone, I have problems with resetting my 2FA password. There is full access to the mail and number, but it does not indicate the country code itself and SMS does not come. I tried to reset it in every way there is, what should I do, please help me:)

You still have hope in Freebitco.in even after what has happened to the users of the platform in the recent months. Truth is the casino is having a lot of issues especially withdrawals and nobody seems to come out and address the clients on what is going on, let alone try to rectify the issues.

Most of the previous users have lost hope of withdrawing their monies, so I hope you are not planning to make any deposit…. And rectifying the 2FA issue won't be of any use right now, since people's withdrawal have not been approved for months.

You need to contact their support. You can't expect anything here. You're one among so many who are asking for help, not knowing what to do next.

If you haven't visited their official thread on this forum yet, it's here. Read the latest posts to have an idea how hopeless the platform is. It's in complete shambles.

Please take note that if you hope your concern gets dealt with soon, you're hoping against hope. I'm not even sure how many support staff they have left, but they're certainly buried deep in tickets and angry complaints.

the domain is back up and the website is running like nothing happened.





and from the looks of it, the domain was auto renewed for another year.
i think the auto renew kicked in late, which is why the domain went into a grace period and appeared to have been expired?

If autorenew is activated, the registrar automatically withdraws funds for domain registration renewal, whether from account funds or one of the linked payment methods (PayPal, credit card, etc...). It can get stuck if there are no available funds on the connected payment method

I did not so much know about the freebitco issues but I know I have seen their case in the reputation board and I honestly thought they have winded up since. I am surprised that someone is still having a 2fa with the site and hoping it will be functional again.

Did you say they were moving funds to binance, if so, it means they have the intention to pay everyone their loses. If their intention was something else, they would rather use a DEX or a mixer.

Moving those funds out in the open without using a mixer might make it seem like there is a possibility that they aren’t exit scamming, however it has been months since they stopped processing withdrawals. They have not made any public statement explaining what is happening and they continue to accept deposits as if nothing is wrong. Taking someone’s money without providing the service a customer would expect is considered theft. We cannot continue to give them the benefit of the doubt under these circumstances.

It is difficult to categorize the Freebitco situation, withdrawals were slow in the past, but they got to them eventually, so we couldn't call it an exit scam then. But right now withdrawals are not going through for months, and they are still accepting deposits, so it would be correct to call it a scam.

Nothing surprising about it though. The service has been going from bad to worse for a few years now, and i still wonder why people deposit into this platform, except they are ignorant of the situation.

Is this confirmed that there are no withdrawals from this site? I am also referring to accounts with activated 2FA? As far as I remember, it was selective, and only those with 2FA activated and an address already added could withdraw.
I don't have funds there, so I can't test from my side

Yes, they haven't processed any withdrawals for more than two months and don't care about users complaints at all.

If you have 2FA activated or use your profile address for your withdrawal, the only difference is that you won't need to confirm your withdrawal via email.
Currently, they send the authorization emails for withdrawals and people can confirm their withdrawals. The problem is that withdrawals remain pending and are not processed.

This means that the team members are very tactical and intentional about what is happening. According to the report I gathered on this thread, they were processing withdraws slower and later got to a halt. This was a well planned tragedy not to escalate their name in the media.
Halting or slowing withdrawals is a bad but effective strategy of keeping money in the system. They just frustrates and discourages withdrawals while encouraging deposits.

Just ignorant people who thought that the brand is still as reputable as it used to be and if there matter remains this way, they will keep getting more and more deposits.
