For mine, I hardly stake single game rather I do go for multiple games, at this point it always results in losing my bet due to how I have several legs of game running. My advise is for people to stop having multiple legs games, they can go max of 2-5 games, the probability of them winning could be medium, than having around 10-20 games with higher odds, the chances of winning those games are extremely low and impossible, so they should avoid having multiple legs game. Overconfidence on a single game betting has dealt with me, I have learned from experience that it's not good to have so much confidence on the game you are going to bet on, overconfidence can make you stake with a massive amount and lose it  and it can make you go anxious when watching the game.

The common mistake I often make is gambling above my target for the day, most times I often think that gambling more than my actual daily budget can give me a luck of winning which am wrong about, forgetting the fact that gambling wins is not always guaranteed and when I don't win , I always remember that you just have to gamble for the fun and not for money, we should always have it in mind not to be carried away by the game in other for us not to be spend above your daily target because it might be dangerous to us without realizing it on time.

That's the common dilemma of most gamblers. Of course, if you are already on the losing side, you would really like to recover your losses, right? So yes, that's the common mistake but we can minimize further losses if we will stop and pause for a while. Assess the situation and if you can't afford more losses, then, decide what's the next best step for you. Experience is the best teacher. It could be a mistake to follow blindly the opinion of another gambler because you think that they have more experience in gambling than you do. If it is a sport that you are sure of your own knowledge it is best you do your own analysis of what you think the outcome will be and then trust it that it will be so. Abandoning your analytical skills to trust the opinion of another gambler even without verification may just be one of the biggest mistakes you'll make in gambling. So as a gambler even while you welcome the opinion of others in the decision of a bet to make, you also have to be conscious and try to do some verification on your own part not to follow blindly.

Betting on parlays or including multiple legs in one betting ticket isn't a mistake at all, let me ask you, you are considering this to be a mistake because you've never won, but then, even when ticket is running, you clearly stand a chance of winning, but it's rather unfortunate you've never won from betting on parleys, this is possibly the reason you  conclude this as a gambling mistake..

A mistake that I've made a few times and one many probably make, is betting without peace of mind.

It is not extreme tilt, none of that urge to try to recover a loss, but rather not being able to understand how my guess was wrong. Then comes that frustration that makes me keep betting, sometimes without stopping to think things through and understand where I went wrong.

I've always been a very cautious and responsible bettor, so I never gambled on what I could not afford to lose. But sometimes I get frustrated and keep playing "on autopilot", without reviewing my strategies after a loss to try to correct future bets.

And the game is tough on those who do not manage their bankroll... it requires discipline, control and strategy... That is why I think the mistake isnot in odds, but in emotional control and management of bankroll.

This is my problem also before, As I win in a game i will eagerly go bet more on it and too late to realize that i wasted the money I won together with the bankroll.
You should widthraw your bank roll when you double it and withdraw again if you win again big. This is my system now on my mind and making sure i will not  deposit another round once dry.
call it a day or the gambling will call your day! and that is not good.
