Hey everyone, I've been trying to find out if others have had similar issues to the one I seem to be having and found that there are quite a lot of complaints here about BC.Game so thought I would post my own with the hope that someone might be able to help. When I joined BC.Game a few years ago I made sure that it was okay for me to play from the UK and if using a VPN was allowed. I contacted live chat because I didn't want to make a deposit if UK players were not allowed to play. I asked if UK players were still able to play at BC.Game and the support agent responded with a list of regions that were restricted and the UK was not on that list. I then asked if players can use a VPN and their response was "For VPN usage, we do not impose any restrictions. The decision to use a VPN is entirely up to you". Because of this I have always thought there was no issues as I was told directly from them that it was fine and I have had no communication since telling me otherwise - deposits/withdrawals have also never had issues. A few days ago I tried to make a withdrawal and I was prompted to verify my account which I thought was fine. I selected United Kingdom and the only option was Visa which I don't have I then asked live chat how was I supposed to verify myself with that being the only option and I was told that people from restricted regions cant complete verification and the UK was on the restricted list. Live chat just seemed completely uninterested and everyone copies and pastes the same thing.. no chance of actually speaking to someone that takes much notice in what is said. I was given an email address to email which was recovery@bcgame.com but have heard nothing back yet. I feel as though I did everything I should have done before playing there and I have $2426 in my account that I cant withdraw. Is there anything that can be done? Their Terms and Conditions do say the UK is restricted, so I wonder where the first support you talked to got the list they gave you. anyway, it is not certain, but @holydarkness might be able to help you with your case since it was clear that the support told you the UK was not part of the restricted countries, which turned out to be wrong information. But if you ask me, you should have double checked their ToS just to be safe. Hopefully you get your case resolved.

Sorry for your experience OP but you should have carefully checked the terms and conditions of service before going further with them as you never can rely on online support to give you words that has no effect when it comes to sensitive information as this. The best thing to do is to check for restricted nation's so as to be on the safe side. This should serve as a lesson to you to properly use fact from the terms and conditions when making enquiries from the online support. acroman08 mentioned a reputable member that could help you out and I believe he would respond to this post since his name has been mentioned here. By the way your uploads are not bright to read, it is very blurry as I can not see a word of it to read. Can you take a good shot of it and reupload it.

Hey thanks both I will definitely be a lot more careful in the future and I appreciate your advice. When I first spoke to live chat about restricted regions I had also checked their terms and conditions and the UK never used to be listed as restricted but I have no way of proving this unless it's possible to view older terms. I just wish I had checked them again and I never would have deposited it just didn't cross my mind. I reuploaded the images hopefully there a bit better. Edit - I used the Way Back Machine to view the terms and conditions around the same time live chat provided the list that doesn't show the UK as a restricted region https://postimg.cc/hfMtvn5z

Hi, not everywhere it's a matter of how support work, I'm a rollbit player when Italy ( back in past wasnt ) turns to be restricted I asked if I'm good to have further plays, was told im good to play and I can confirm had 100+ withdrawals since then without a single problem even if some was over 1k). I'm not sure if on BC turns UK restricted after player registered or was always like. Btw tried bc too yesterday depo 20 and later withdraw I didn't have problem even if main bc website blocks Italy (bcgame.com) instead bcgame43.com works. I see some unfair to what OP encounter, if they don't want UK players moneys just block it do not use affiliate domains or allow vpns. Saying this because I really see unfair this casino have like 50 accusation in 10 pages ain't normal and I doubt they have more users than stake to be that reasonable accusation number. PS: OP do not make a confusion they VPN friendly that doesn't mean you don't have to respect their ToS I'd u're in a restricted area. But I'd they confirmed through support ure allowed then I see a scam because it would mean they take you're loses but not paying the wins.

If the casino threatening u and u don't have have any solution founded here try to use casinoguru or ask gambler, instead if you ok with take as a loss share ure experience on reddit. Instead if you have some serious amount involved then go for legal advice ( it will not help u having any refund but will have to pay ure Lawers cost and will be blocked in ure country if u won the case)

They ceased UK operations prior to the license being lost, in Dec 2024. The license wasn't actually theirs but shared by TGP Europe, who needed to pay a $3.3M fine if they wanted to continue to operate in the UK. Didn't BC go through a debacle of someone successfully suing them on Curacao and instead of paying they just switched licences to Comoros or something?
Yeah... That's what an offshore casino would do. Don't try to legalese them. If it makes sense to get your money, they should let you. Even if it means closing your account. You can ask for a deal for instance being paid your withdrawal and you will delete this thread or something. Usually they want to be done with legitimate complaints. No guarantees though. Good luck.

BC is full of shit with this one, as always. Germany is also on the list of restricted regions, yet there are countless players from Germany on the site, deposit and sometimes withdraw all the time, no problem with that. Just look at the chat options where German is also still there. And yeah, I am aware in Austria and Switzerland they also speak Germans, yet the majority is clearly from Germany, I spoke with plenty of them before I left that site. Even the mods are German, so there is that. BC is desperate for money, that's the worst kept secret at the moment. Nobody should play there.

He said he gambled his balance away already, so I doubt that would happen. I also don't think its a good idea to promote the use of Bitcointalk for plans that sound kind of like extortion.  There's already plenty of shitheads that leave wholly made-up complaints about casinos here and then use them as leverage to get something from the casino. For the record I don't think OP falls in this category.

Thanks for BC that didn't happen Hi, I saw that the same strategy on williamhill, they use to have till 6 months ago, a cancel withdrawal button (till the withdrawal happens) and once someone is addicted make sure he'll press that. And by ToS is nothing wrong because is legal so I assume is OP responsability to try "keep safe" wons till a withdrawal happens but that's not a excuse for BC to disallow UK after he was told by support will be fine, if BC cannot have UK players do not take their depos, easy.

Sites update their ToS from time to time and he probably hadn't checked since he hadn't had any issues thus far. I think if something updates in the ToS, especially something important, sites should consider sending out a mass email to all users or a message on the site stating the changes. Some probably do, but not all. We might avoid issues like this if the players are informed and told to WD immediately.

Jumping in to clarify things based on what I know about BC's licensing and jurisdiction situation, as well as the general use of VPN that's allowed by casinos' TOS:
As many mentionned, BC lost their licensing operation from UK about earlier this year. Upon this situation, FAIK, if someone tries to access BC without being shielded by VPN and revealed to be from UK, they'll get a block message. However, if someone is in constant VPN, there is a chance they will never faced this matter, as the casino was never able to catch their real location.
As for why they say they allow VPN, but then restrict the use of VPN for restricted countries, casinos that allows VPN, the IP-masking service are meant to further enhance the anonimity of players who plays legally from allowed countries, not to bypass jurisdiction restriction.

This should be the standard practice but sadly casino doesn’t implement this when they update their ToS leaving the responsibility for players to always read the ToS whenever they will play in the casino which we all know only few regularly checks the update. Some casino such as Stake do a popup notification on their homepage when you login your account if they have some changes on their ToS make user aware. But still they contact players to close the account. Maybe some casino do this that I don’t use.
