Do BT talk moderators respect rules?

Hy everyone, because today I saw a accusation topic that doesn't sound legit , I've been answered to and then my answers get removed multiple times due to 'off topic':

Does this looks like off topic? I wouldn't blame BT talk due to some moderator but I see that very unfair cuz I asked the OP for real proofs since all he saying is not proofed ( he had some money laundering check by the exchanger , where OP says he won't and he want his money back because his 'privacy' would be exposed, crazy but real je forgot he agreed that since registering? ) .

They very much respect rules, none is actually above the rule of the forum.
I think you have to work on your post quality, by is English your first language, it was difficult reading those posts deleted, while I noticed you using quote wrongly in one.

Also, there was a reason for the first one being deleted and you just continuously making similar replies make you like a spammer .

Hi. that's how quotes looks once get deleted) it may seem confusing , I was getting the point of why he Is not being fair with the accusation ( Is something u should do when you try to understand someone ). Assuming that I do not consider it a off topic because all I did is proof a illegitimate accusation.

Looks like it already got moved, if not by you, then by the mods.  Just by your initial mistake in creating this thread in the technical discussion section and then by your inability to recognize the section it ought to be in, I'm thinking perhaps you ought to spend a lot more time reading here before you start writing posts (much less creating threads).  That's true for a lot of newbies, so it's nothing personal.  Bitcointalk can be a confusing place when you're new, especially since those "unofficial rules" aren't enforced consistently--and probably never will be since there are so many new posts and threads made each day and only so many mods to deal with them.

Looking at the screenshot you posted a link to, it does look like what you wrote was off-topic (though I only took a quick glance at it; you write as if you're writing a text message, and that's a bad habit to get into here).  In any case, your posts were probably reported by one or more members as being off-topic, and the moderator who handled the report apparently agreed.  That's usually how the chain of events goes when it comes to having your posts nuked by a moderator. 

It would help if you'd also provided a link to that thread, but either way....a lot of members here have had some or even a lot of their posts deleted, including myself and others who've been on the forum for years.  If it keeps happening, then the problem likely isn't the moderators, it's you.  If you stick around, time will tell you what the truth is.

Hi I'm new around btc talk, is all good cuz doesn't mean too much to me. I was just trying to proof that some btc talk users ain't here to mediate matters if you don't have atleast some real proofs. Yes maybe wad my fault retry to proof that OP lies but that because he insulted .

Description: as he claims he got tasks then pay someone else to do his jobs so I call him a cheater a thing that he didn't approved, so I went straight away to the point, he is being asking the exchanger for refund because of kyc and source income proofs ( he agree to that day one , when he registered on exchanger website).
Anyway all good will let the exchanger proofing he is a liar from now on.

Your post can't be moved to off topic or been deleted if it meets the standards of the forum..The only way your post will be delete is when your post is not saying contrary to the discussion

This is your thread, so I'm nearly positive that none of your own posts are going to get deleted.  That would be the first time I've seen it (though it's not like I've read every post in every thread here).

If this forum isn't that important to you, then you might not bother reading how it works, but one little piece of etiquette advice:  use links to the forum and not links to sites other than the forum if you've got a choice between the two.  That screenshot above you linked to I can't even see on my PC screen; it's that small.  See the tools above you when you're posting?  If you click the blue globe thing (the 3rd from the left above the emoji row), it'll insert some html code that'll allow you to turn any word or series of words into a hypertext link.  Barring that, just copy/paste the URL of the thread or post you want people to see.

For instance:

Or you could just copy the link after the post number (in our example here, #1) and drop it into a post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5561960.msg65905670#msg65905670

Chop off that '#' and everything after it if you like, but the result is the same.  My point is that a lot of people don't like clicking on links if they don't know exactly where they lead to, and for good reason.  Take that as you will, and good luck to you.

But you were doing the same thing, which is why the moderator made the decision that seemed right to him. Even after the post was deleted, your character hasn't changed, you are still arguing in that thread about a useless subject. We in the crypto community always try to take a stand against KYC, and you are there having a pointless discussion defending the illegal activities of that exchange.

The way you are trying to get attention is not the right way, it can bring bad things to you. And if the community liked your activities, then even after all these days, your profile would not have zero merit. So do something good that will get attention in the community. You will continue to do this kind of activity and when the post is deleted, you will blame the moderators for it! Learn to respect other people's problems, because the issue you are arguing about is a genuine complaint and that user should have gotten his funds back much earlier. So if you continue this useless discussion, your post will keep getting deleted!

To answer your question, no moderator operates above the forum rules and can not operate above the forum policy as created by Theymos and the other reputable board members if I am not mistaken. From what I have read from your previous post's and also the deleted post there seems to be some observations on your post's which implies that you will have to work on your post quality just like other members have advised. You should take time to read the articles and posts of reputable members here on this platform so you could learn from others and I believe it would help your stay here.

Moderators can delete posts if you argue with users about different topics. If you stay on topic it should not be deleted. You did not change after the moderator deleted it. You can share your opinions but users can report posts if they say it is off topic. You must stay on topic because off topic posts can be reported.

Did you want to make a new topic. If you do not want your posts to be deleted make a topic about the exchange and KYC. It will be your topic you can talk about it without getting deleted posts. Users will post on topic so moderators will not delete replies.

Not true at all, my wasn't a offtopic , I was saying a cheater accuse for being "scammed" (he agreed the KYC and income proof once he press the REGISTER button). To you some merits maybe means something, not everyone are concered about making merits and instead they choose to be "neutral", that guy is a cheater, that created a scam accusation (if you pay a boxer to do fights, he have to do the fights not someone else , as a stupid example that I'de liked to avoid). He agreed with that , when he register since when a customer can change his agreements, like, I don't agree with you cuz u invading my privacy money?, are you here to launder money? Hi, I've understood, can be a bot mistake because someones (without real reason) reported the answer. I'm okay with that, still doubting about, because some o my posts get deleted (indeed where I'm pro with OP all good, otherwise got deleted) for no legit reason. All I know, is that a forum had logs, and I'm gently asking to check that logs. Someone that have a mod friend here, cannot exploit bussiness.

Dude, he's not going to ask what he did wrong this time, next time, or any time thereafter (I'd put money on it).  I've seen pups like him write crap like "I don't really give a shit about this forum, but *waaahh* why [were my posts deleted/was I banned/doesn't the world move for me when I snap my fingers?". 

At this point he's just incoherently trolling and should either take a hike or find an appropriate local board and try his luck there.  Clearly English is not a language he should be using to argue with people.  It's so bad, I'm actually offended that he's bending the English language over the sofa and ramming it so hard that it's begging to be killed outright.  That's just wrong, man.

Well it depends on what you are talking about, and what must have been done, by the way I’m even wondering the rules that you’re talking about that moderators doesn’t keep, so you could actually outline them so people can understand what is really happening and what must have happened, in nutshell when you make a mistake and goes against the rule of the forum then there is every tendency that your post might be deleted as well, so you can be careful before you make accusations about what you might not really understand how this things work.

I will tell you the truth of the forum, no one here is above the forum rules, the moderators here abide to the rule, at the same time wont tolerate any not executing the penalty to someone who dont follow the rules.

You should be learning more about the forum, but you choose to stand against those who have held the forum till date, how do you expect to grow when you dont learn?
