Sincerely, I have observed within my society and even within neighbouring villages and cities, the increasingly high level of pot belly or round belly, also called Afor beer by some of our Igbo communities especially in the life of our married men. But these days, it's not only even the married men, even single guys are now even growing pot belly. Some claim it's a sign of enjoyment or how much money and GoodLife they live, but to some, it gives men some kind of wrong appearance and posture, making them look a bit bad postured.
To me personally, I don't like it at all, especially for the fact that it changes ones appearance when you dress up, making the belly part protruding from inside and giving you a different shape.

How to reduce a big belly, you need to be patient! Because it is not possible to reduce something easily, it takes some time,
