Yours favourite BTC Hardware wallet?

The numbers of hardware wallets that supports Bitcoin have increased in number compare to back in the days where all I knew was Ledger and Trezor.

Based on the feedback I got on here it seems like Ledger is a no go for me, but I am curious to ask, which Bitcoin wallet is yours favourite? I am not talking about crypto app wallets,  hardware wallets only.

I could have open a voting on here but I don't know how, which hardware wallet is your favourite for BTC? I don't need a list I want to choose base on how many people are using a particular hardware wallet.

The best hardware wallet for me is Foundation Passport. If you are not alone to use it with Electrum to make transactions through QR code and camera, you can use it with Sparrow.  That is the best and the safest way to make use of a cold wallet. I mean cold wallet because it is airgapped.

If you want to have shit coins, you can go for Trezor. But I do not really like it because I prefer hardware wallets that are airgapped.

Foundation passport is a bitcoin only hardware wallet and I prefer using only a bitcoin wallet which is the main reason why I will choose Foundation Passport over other hardware wallets.

Charles-Tim has given you some good reasons but you can still read this thread to see the broad view of forum members towards this hardware wallet.

I have a Coldcard Mk4 used with sparrow wallet, and a Trezor Safe 5 bitcoin-only version I also use with sparrow.

Both are open-source hardware wallets. I don't like that Trezor has shitcoin support but they do provide bitcoin-only
versions of their wallets as well. Trezor was the creator of the first hardware wallet in the world so I give them credit for that.

Coldcard Mk4 and Foundation Passport Q are my top picks for BTC-only. Both do air-gapped PSBT, have strong supply-chain checks, and work well with Sparrow.

If you want simple USB and great UX, BitBox02 BTC-only.

You can not know how many people have used a hardware wallet but is it too important for getting such number?

Just knowing technically and fundamentally about a hardware wallet is kind of enough; it can be supported more by knowing that wallet is known as a good one and trusted one by user community and also good technical reviews.

Even if the private key is never exposed to the internet, most hardware wallets still need to connect to an online device to transmit signing data. Trezor and Ledger are not considered true airgapped wallets because most people connect them to their computer or phone via USB or Bluetooth. An airgapped wallet would use QR codes or SD cards to get information to and from internet connected devices, rather than establishing direct communication.
