This is why I hate custodial p2p services like noones. They dictate the fees and there's nothing you can do about it

I just checked their fee breakdown, this is what I see. I don't know how often they update it

Dynamic XMR network fee + NoOnes Wallet fee

NoOnes Wallet fee breakdown:

$0 - $49.99 = $0.50 fee
$50 - $99.99 = 1% fee
$100+ = $2 fee

How I wish the likes of localcoinswap that can allow you to adjust the fee to your liking could add monero support.

Why don't you use some instant swap sites? Guess that's safer compared to trading in here, at least with some people. Also it's faster I think, safes you the back and forth with some people that just waste your time occasionally.
I just checked on one site and for 580$ in btc (0.005039btc) you would get 1.8156582 Monero, which is like 571$.

Guess that's a better deal compared to some strange fees plus some % extra

I usually exchange Monero on SwapSpace
It’s very fast and convenient, and there’s no need to go through KYC.

On SwapSpace, you can make such exchanges either on DEX, or on the stock exchange conveniently. I wouldn't risk it on the forums, there still has to be a guarantor, otherwise you'll send the first one and you may not receive the transfer.

We don’t recommend using SwapSpace they aren’t reliable.

We have our own reserves and never depend on third-party exchanges. We also don’t do any AML or KYC checks.

Best regards,

Be carefull with changenow as they known for locking - freezing user funds and asking for kyc.

Just google them and check yourself.

All in all better stay safe than sorry.

True that, I also warned him about him even though I told him about the site. Yet in my personal experience I never ever had any problem with them, even with medium 4 digit amounts in the past. Yet, because of all the negative reports as well I only use the site for for much smaller swaps and I have yet to encounter anything negative. Guess they are very selective and only target really big amounts.  Roll Eyes

i used changenow again today for a small amount as recommended and it worked in minutes good stuff . by the way when peoples say they lock up funds and ask for kyc sometimes, do they do it only when you

want to buy crypto on their site with fiat or do they also freeze funds when you are only doing swaps ?

In the past they was claiming funds was aml risk so they asked so much kyc its crazy. Not sure now but reddit is full of horror stories about locked funds and because of lack of kyc they was holding funds hostage. Just be carefull man.

Was thinking about starting my small p2p exchange here in forum nothing huge max 4 digits swaps. Maybe i should offcourse xmr to usdt or btc. Have my own reserves so that should work. Will check what's the fees other charging and will start my own thread. Why not?

Good luck with those places.
