BitWinz.online 0.0005 BTC/$57~ Withdraw declined

What happened::
They are accusing me of multi accounting, and abusing the promo code they posted in their announcement thread, this is just not true lmao. I made 1 account, username "Yellow" and redeemed two different promo codes, the one found in their ann thread here and there was also a second, different promo code posted in the on site chat by the "admin" user that i redeemed.

I then played mostly dice and had a lucky streak where i ended up taking the code funds (i think it was something like 2000 sats or something) up to the minimum withdraw amount of 0.0005 BTC. When i went to withdraw it gave me an error message "Withdraw Failed" so I asked in the chat to the "admin" and was told to wait as he needed to message their "billing team" and even confirmed that even thought the withdraw said failed, it still put a "request" in for them to see, and all seemed good, came back a few hours later after having a nap and not only did i not see my withdraw, but i was banned from the on site chat, and they had cleared my balance to 0. Also to note at some point during this time the withdraw minimum raised from 0.0005 BTC to 0.001 BTC which is weird, and when i asked about it they claimed it was always supposed to be 0.001 BTC.

When I asked about it in their ann thread, they accused me of multi accounting and abusing the promo codes ect and so now im here :/ went from having a good experience on a new site to feeling pretty shit for even checking it out lol

Hey @BitWinz why did you ban me?.... Initially the minimum withdraw was 50k sats, I was lucky and diced the promo codes up to the min withdraw. When i try to withdraw it said "withdraw failed". Then in chat the "admin" said he had to message the finance dept or something and i would get it soon. Then suddenly the wd minimum goes up to 100k sats, and you said dont worry we will honor it still. Now i just woke up, the balance is zeroed out and you have chat banned me?

I was really enjoying the site too to be honest :/ as someone else had said it reminded me on early prime dice days, but the only difference being primedice actually paid me out lmfao

You created 14 fake accounts and used all the bonus codes in a span of an hour. You got lucky on your "Yellow" account and then decided to make that your main account. We have a sophisticated backend firewall that detects activity like this, which is why your withdraw was rejected.

If you hadn't abused our terms of service you would have been able to withdraw.

To be honest i think this site might just be a honeypot with no real funds to pay, I think thats why the WD minimum changed because they thought "oh shit someone actually reached it" lmao

So there are three things that could have happened:

1. you cheated and did exactly what they said you did

or

2. Some multi-accounting accusations can be explained by using a VPN, which changes the countries the casino server sees you connecting from. And some of these VPN IP addresses are re-used. Meaning someone could have already registered an account and now it looks like you also own that account, even though it has nothing to do with you.

Although it can also be true that another family member is using your internet and visiting that casino as well, then they may think that account is yours too.

3. The casino is unreputable and could be shady. But I do not know Bitwinz.online so I cannot judge in this case.

Usually number 1 is the case. A lot of people are sore from getting caught and hope blasting the casino on Bitcointalk will get them to change their mind. It won't.

People agree to the terms of services when they register their account. They should follow the agreed-upon rules or face the written consequences...

Hey, im absolutely sure I both have only 1 single account, and the odds of shared IP from VPN are very very unlikely, especially with "14" other accounts like they claim, i do use VPN but i use a paid premium service and server that I really doubt 14 other people or someone abusing is also using, considering that casino was posted earlier today its not like there are 100K people online there or something.

When I asked them to provide proof of their claims in their announcement thread they said something about they dont disclose backend information or something, its because there is no proof lol.

My guy thats a pretty wild accusation... LMFAO. I have created 1 single account "Yellow" On your site. I redeemed a total of TWO promo codes. The one found here in this thread on my sign up, and when i opened the chat on site i saw another one posted by "admin" that i redeemed. Im happy to see your proof of my multiple accounts though. Thats absolutely wild over a $50 withdraw holy cow

Anyway, if that was your deposited money, the casino would have to lawfully return the money to you. They would have no case in court. However, if they were taking back their own money, which was swindled from them, that would be legal and you would have no court case.

Either way neither of us is going to hire a lawyer. Especially when it comes to the ambiguous nature of legal outcomes in gambling or crypto.

@ColorCrazy can you post the screenshot of your bet history? Caino in question is also free to post bet history from so called 14 other accounts. I am confident that if whatever casino in question is saying it true, betting pattern should match among these accounts.
Sharing IPs, and browser cookies might be the absolute proof, but no reputed casino will ever release that.

I had no chance to repair it. Tried all the stuff I found on the Internet, but nothing worked. I couldn't open it again. I used Trustwallet because Metamask has synching issues. Last resort: reset wallet, all was gone. Now it wasn't 100x57 USD, but it did hurt a little bit... Always write down your secret phrase

Sorry to hear that about your funds my friend. I'm mostly doing this because this is a brand new site and if they cant even honor as small as a $57 win from their own promotional funds they gave out, i think people would like to know $57 isn't life changing money or anything, I also don't like being accused of things I haven't done. Absolutely I can do that as soon as their website is back up, currently it says its in maintenance mode or something.

I play high risk low bets dice mostly, i was playing for 24x , 32x, 45-50x and 98x dice multis, i had a few limbo bets aswell mostly for like 100-1000x multis but their limbo counts up very slowly so i only placed a few bets, not winning any. The main concern now is if the bitwinz representative is willing to be mediate by a trusted user here in the forum.

They can stand their ground about their decision but ignoring to answer here will surely reflect to their credibility.
