I would suggest you check the centrum account. To maintain his Sig & Avatar campaign, he makes 3 merit transactions every month from his own account. So I would advise you to properly review centrum account.

You will have to give a little more proof if you are accusing this user of meriting himself with alts. There are 3 accounts that have sent him merit. 1 I doubt is his alt JJG. The other 2 who knows, if you can show proof they're his I'll be glad to remove the user and maybe even tag for cheating.
