For those who has been waiting for Monero's support in the Safe 7. It looks like it's coming soon to Cake wallet[1]. Hoping to see the same in Trezor suite, although it does not seem like they're planning to do that anytime soon?[2]
It's unlikely to see Monero directly supported in Trezor Suite any time soon. Older devices like model T, Safe 3, and Safe 5 had support for monero, but only with third party wallets like Feather. Cake wallet is fine but I find it very buggy in Linux OS, windows version is outdated, and mobile version is much more stable.

I don't know if you knew about this, but Trezor Safe 7 apparently has IP54-rated protection against splashed and dust. Now there is some conflicting information, on product page they claim it is IP54, and on different page they are saying it is IP67: https://trezor.io/guides/trezor-devices/trezor-safe-7/introduction-to-the-trezor-safe-7Trezor needs to clarify these and tell us what is correct: or Some people are conducting independent testing and it was holding good in the glass of water, but I would not risk holding it there longer.

Trezor needs to clarify these and tell us what is correct:
It's quite weird to see that conflicting information on different parts of Trezor's official website, but considering that both " SatoshiLabs's announcement" and Trezor's video presentation for Safe 7 [31:33] mention IP54, it's safe to say this is the correct one.

I thought the same thing first, but than I saw brave customers testing their Safe 7 device resistance in glass of water Device survival should be impossible if IP54 claims were true, so maybe they intentionally reduced IP grade for some reason.

I heard people reporting this is not working corr3ectly, and it has lot of bugs. This is not related but I also have a lot of bugs in latest desktop version of Cake wallet, making it unusable for me. Mobile version is working better, so connecting that with Trezor hardware wallet could work better.

Trezor revealed a vulnerability in the Safe 7 chip used in its hardware wallets, following a security audit by Ledger Donjon. The flaw, linked to the TROPIC01 Secure Element, could be exploited via laser fault injection in lab settings. The company clarified the issue affects only one of three security layers and does not risk user PINs or funds. Tropic Square confirmed no action is needed from users. Researchers found that a laboratory-based laser fault injection attack could extract certain chip secrets and bypass firmware signature checks. Trezor stated that the flaw affects only one of three independent security layers in the Safe 7 and does not provide access to user PINs, wallets, or funds.

I don't know if they read here but I will immediately buy a Trezor 7 WHEN trezor suite fully supports Monero. Full stop -- no halfway offers please!

I'm pretty sure they're well aware of the demand but it still doesn't look like it's something they're working on: https://github.com/trezor/trezor-suite/milestonesSo you might need to wait for some time before that comes out.

Out of curiosity, which Trezor Suite feature you wish to use together with Monero? I also found page https://trezor.io/coins/wallet/monero. It's probably probably wrong or outdated, but it says only Trezor Safe 5 and 3 partially support Monero.

It's probably probably wrong or outdated, but it says only Trezor Safe 5 and 3 partially support Monero. He probably just wants to directly use Monero on Trezor suite to send/receive and swap. The safe 5 and 3 (and the model T as well) do support XMR like you said, but only when using third party apps (Monero GUI, or Feather wallet) as mentioned above.

Trezor is already supporting monero in Safe 3, Safe 5, and model T, so it's only a matter of time for Safe 7 to support it. But for all devices you need to use some third party wallets like Feather or Cake wallet. Trezor Suite support is not going to happen any time soon.
