If there's one thing a good and politically conscious and in line person would say about the current administration, he or she would say it is one that started with a good initiative. With a plan like the subsidy removal, the administration was aimed at saving the numerous amounts of money used in payment of subsidy. And of course this sounded very nice to the hearing of citizens because at least, that money could be used for something else.
Now one thing I don't understand is, they've always been telling us that subsidy payment was one factor that consumed the finance of the Republic and now that the removal of subsidy was successful, how come things still do not look like something of that sort was even done  rather we've been experiencing constant imposition of taxes on citizens even to the average man.

The country that has so many resources which are being exported and paid for cannot even work up to these bogus taxes mounted everyday on citizens and it is not fair. You do not expect a person to work tirelessly and just give you 25% or his/her earnings. No it's so uncalled for and the leadership of the Federal Republic needs to reconsider some of the policies implemented.

How come even with subsidy gone, there is still constant imposition of taxes on the citizens?
