Edit: Keep in mind, the reason for the perm exclusion was citing "safety concerns", however my last 2 years of activity on the website actually ended in profit.
Here is a revised demand letter I sent to Stake two months ago:
https://t.me/GambaBoost/370Recap - Timeline of Events:
Timeline of Events
• September 5, 2022 – I entered into a Consulting Agreement with Cyber Apes Yacht Club, LLC (CAYC). Under Appendix A, I was responsible for “introducing network, negotiating agreements, [and] contributing to the project in any and all means available.”
• 2022–2023 – Pursuant to this Agreement, I introduced player referrals and affiliates who generated activity and deposits on Stake.com. Under the Agreement, I was entitled to compensation in the form of consulting fees, profit share, and commissions by both stake.com and cayc LLC.
• 11-14-2022 (Separation) – Upon leaving CAYC, I was owed $15,000 in unpaid wages. This was later acknowledged by CAYC management. This did not happen for more than 190 days from the date of my beginning work and only resulting in my recieving $235 which was non-negotiable despite our contract breaches.
• September 2024 – CAYC agreed that the amount owed should be doubled to $30,000. Partial payments totaling $11,831 were made, leaving a balance of $18,169 unpaid, several more breaches occurred including disparagement and doxxing and continued to encourage suicidal ideation. I continued to keep quiet while contacting Jae and other representatives internal to stake and kick about the doxxing and tos violation by schnecky and codecompiler:
https://t.me/CodeCompilersVictims/49 https://t.me/CodeCompilersVictims/50 https://t.me/CodeCompilersVictims/51 • December 2023 – January 2024 – Following a LinkedIn article I authored, I facilitated an introduction between an industry affiliate (John Wright) owner of statsdrone.com and Stake partner “Jae.” This shows I was continuing to perform duties of network introduction as contemplated by my Consulting Agreement. (See Exhibit A).
• 2024–2025 – Despite repeated notices to both CAYC and Stake representatives, my commissions and royalties were not properly credited. Blockchain evidence shows deposits from wallets tied to my referrals to Stake addresses (e.g., 0x652a22017977458ab74084167e660b263f655c07, 0x90f5B842cD26B8e872CD8Ecf8020Df0bF3b6Cd8d). These deposits generated wagering activity from which I was contractually entitled to profit share.
• January 2025 - Created the telegram channel
https://t.me/CodeCompilersVictims to keep a record of events.
• August 2025 – As of today, no accounting has been provided, and I remain unpaid both on wages and referral commissions.
• October 14 2025 - Stake permanently closes account citing safety despite my last two years of play ending in profit without providing the accounting that was demanded.

Contractual Obligations
My Obligations (fulfilled):
• Provide consulting services to CAYC, including network introductions and affiliate development.
• Introduce referrals and affiliates to Stake.com via CAYC’s partnership.
• Perform services in accordance with the Consulting Agreement (Appendix A).
CAYC’s Obligations (breached):
• Pay agreed consulting fees, wages, and profit share in a timely manner (Section 3, Compensation).
• Provide credit for referrals introduced under my Agreement.
• Comply with agreed settlements (September 2024 acknowledgment of $30,000).
Stake.com’s Obligations (disputed but applicable):
• Ensure proper attribution of referral traffic provided under its partnership with CAYC.
• Credit commissions and royalties to the originating introducer (me).
• Maintain compliance with AML/KYC requirements to prevent diversion of referral revenue to unauthorized accounts.
⸻
Demand
Accordingly, I demand that Stake.com:
1. Provide a full accounting of all referral traffic, players, and revenues tied to my introductions during 2022–2023 with links to these wallets which clearly identify my traffic in which I raised demands many times with stake partners.
2. Pay all uncredited commissions and royalties rightfully owed to me.
3. Confirm in writing within 15 business days your intention to resolve this matter.
⸻
Notice of Escalation
If this demand is ignored, I will:
• File complaints with FinCEN, SEC, Arizona Attorney General, and other regulators regarding AML/KYC failures and misallocation of referral revenues.
• Pursue coordinated legal claims against CAYC and Stake for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and revenue diversion.
I have acted in good faith to resolve this dispute privately. This letter constitutes my final demand before escalation.
⸻
Sincerely,
Jesse Lucus

https://www.gamblingtherapy.orgYes stake, you and codecompiler made me homeless. Despite this, I continued to profit on stake.com through affiliates and software engineering solutions for bonus drops for your players. I didn't need to deposit or gamble in order to achieve this, though once I formally made demands you made up reasons to exclude me even though on at least 20 or 30 occasions I emailed you, DM'd your employees, or otherwise complained until finally outright demanding accounting which you now close my account in retaliation.
Sincerely,
J.
