I am writing to formally appeal the under_review state of my account and the blocking of my access to the SafeTrade platform on the grounds of alleged “botnet activity.”
I solemnly declare that I have never used any botnet, automation tool, or unauthorized software to access or interact with SafeTrade. The accusation is incorrect and has resulted in the unjust freezing of my account, which currently holds digital assets worth over $160,000.
I request that SafeTrade:
Provide specific evidence supporting the alleged botnet-related activity;
Indicate what documents or proofs I may submit to verify the legitimacy of my account activity;
Restore my account access immediately upon verification, or alternatively, allow a withdrawal of my assets to my verified wallet address.
Please note that according to widely accepted industry practice and basic consumer rights, platforms are obliged to provide users with clear justification and an opportunity to appeal before taking irreversible actions such as blocking access to significant funds.
I have retained all relevant records, including blockchain transaction indexes, communication screenshots, and KYC verification documents, which can be provided upon request.
I sincerely hope that SafeTrade will handle this matter professionally and transparently. However, should I receive no satisfactory response within 7 business days, I reserve the right to file complaints with relevant consumer protection agencies, financial regulators, and law enforcement authorities in your registered jurisdiction and internationally.
