I am writing to formally request your intervention in a serious matter involving BC Game, where my deposited funds have not been credited despite full compliance with their verification requirements.
On 7th October 2025, I made two UPI transactions totaling ₹12000 (₹10,000 + + ₹2,000) to my BC Game account. All two transactions were successfully processed and debited from my bank account, yet the corresponding credit has not reflected in my BC Game wallet to date.
Since then, I have repeatedly submitted every form of evidence requested by their support team, including:
Third-person video proofs (recorded and submitted nine times),
Official bank receipts and statements,
UPI transaction IDs, timestamps, and payment confirmations.
Despite providing comprehensive documentation, BC Game’s support continues to request the same materials repeatedly without offering any substantive progress or acknowledgement of receipt. Their responses appear to be automated, and no responsible representative has taken ownership of the issue.
It has become evident that these repeated delays are intentional and designed to extend the process beyond the 30-day traceability period, after which BC Game may claim that the funds are “no longer traceable” as per their internal policy. This practice amounts to a violation of fair trade and consumer protection standards.
I wish to clarify that I am a long-standing and verified BC Game user for over four years, with a consistent record of legitimate play and transactions. This is the first time I have experienced such negligence and lack of accountability.
