Honestly, I saw notifications on price changes x% in last hour, last 24 hours from exchange notifications, but I have never seen they recommend me buying anything.

Altcoins were risky before but only few usually get listed on some exchanges most especially top exchanges like binance, when this coins or tokens get listed then on this exchanges it was more of a fundamental thing for up price because it showed the community is growing but right now they are very much risky regardless of where they’re listed, in fact listing on top exchanges now is even like a promotional side of the coin to get visibility because all exchanges charge erroneously for the listing.

I think it is because of this listing that we usually see them also marketing the coin so it’s always not about the coin having any potential but just promotional advertisements that they Collected money for. For me even if a coin has a strong backing or investors i usually tell people to be cautious because even Vitalik sold his ETH so I don’t think it is best to trust any of them they are all gamble

This is often done by exchanges, they notify all updates about their exchanges, and yes price increases are one form of notification that they often notify my device of, both decreases and increases, especially new tokens, this is not strange and very normal, what is strange is that we react more to the notifications they give us, for those who have been using the application for a long time, I think it is very normal and will not be easily tempted by things like this.

Surely new projects and coins will always be launched and have it way of marketing strategies with the pump and dump values while exchanges will play it part of making new inexperience as newbies believe that the coin will be legit just because it was listed in the regulatory platforms.
I also feels so much sorry to those who are much concerned about investing on the new projects and they will rush to buy it and hope of being one of the earliest adoptors of the coins after launched with the insight that the coin or token will posses like bitcoin in the earlier time and adoptors. Some actually buys out of ignorants and greeds even learning how risky it is in buying such coins.

Exchange notification is low key bait for exit liquidity .
They always informed certain coin is trending after it hits the top. We know damn well the only direction such coin gonna take is going down for 90% of the time.

The notification also be very ambiguous, basically they said "this one coin is interesting but i won't tell you anything about it because NFA". LOL.

I don't care about notifications regarding new coin listings or coins that have increased in value. If I don't recognize them, I'm not interested in discussing them or looking further into the project. I always conduct thorough research on coins that are not yet listed and those that are already listed, and I note their schedules in my notes for future reference. So, notifications like that don't affect me in any way.

Unfortunately, I am always more up-to-date before listing. If you know about Binance Alert or exchange accounts on X, they always announce it first before their app announces it when the listing opens. This is the difference between notifications about the registration of a token on the market. Thousands of percent is just a flash in the pan, and after that, the price is manipulated by market makers.

You are right many traders get moved by hypes and frequent market movement which is not a reliable strategy. If a trader always follows hypes and go into the market then loss will surely come but when we make research and read more about a token before going into the market then your profits will align with our strategy. I do receive such notifications from my exchange most times, but I don't give a fuck to those notifications, because am not a fan of Shitcoins and I don't hold them, because they are no store of value with potential returns like bitcoin, so I only hold bitcoin to save myself stress. I got notification from exchange market when any coin or token decreasing drastically but have much experienced with cryptocurrency trading not really excited to check about that coins. I know how bigger risk buying any coin exactly when first time releasing at market and price suddenly decreasing more than 10 time in just few days or few hours only.
Its mean manipulated exchange about token or coins how price decreasing drastically and exactly after break higher price have moment return back more lower price to make many people have invested before with higher price loss more.

Nowadays better trading with top standing market coin although decreasing few percent only but have lower risk or small possibility will drop drastically, I won't greedy earn much profit in short term but have to make gambling with any new coins or token listing have decrease drastically, better with small profitable from top altcoin or trade with bitcoin than have loss much later.

Sometimes i use to think that those exchanges are om alliance with those coins developers because the level at which some exchanges promote those coins is quite alarming and at  some point, you be thinking that this project is a good one since the exchange taken the time to promote it.

Reality will be down on you only when you buy and you see the price dump immediately and without any form of recovery in sight, we habe to do our own research and never trust any promotions from third-party.

Trading altcoins promoted by exchange is not a good idea fkr me and i will never try that again after my bad experience with this.

We all do get that notification, i mostly ignore it. I think it would be stupid for someone to invest in a project solely off of that notification and no extra research.
