Don't be an idiot, it was released here and the whole community has been mining it and buying it on cryptorush since day one. There is a re-ann thread because supposedly the original dev is sick.

It was premined 1% like 2 months ago when it was 1st released, this coin has been out for quite a while now, lots of buy support! And a good cause!
