Hi everyone,

I’ve been waiting since September 2nd for Rollbit to resolve a so-called “multi-account issue”, and I’m done being patient.

Let me be clear — I have not broken any of Rollbit’s Terms and Conditions. I’ve done nothing wrong. I’ve used dozens of crypto sportsbooks and casinos over the years, and I understand how compliance checks work. I’ve been limited and flagged before on other sites because I’m a sharp bettor, but in every single case I was able to withdraw my funds in full after a short review — usually taking a few days at most.

I have also completed all KYC checks requested by Rollbit.

Rollbit, on the other hand, has been holding my balance hostage for over a month and a half, with zero transparency. Support keeps repeating the same script: “wait for compliance,” “no ETA,” “we’ll escalate it” — and then nothing.

I’ve emailed both compliance@rollbit.com
 and complaints@rollbit.com
multiple times — not a single reply. All communication just stops.

I’m a newbie to forums like this, having never had to post anywhere for crypto sportsbooks before. I only came here because this is the first issue I’ve ever had with a crypto bookie.

I have screenshots of all chats and emails showing that I’ve been ignored and repeatedly told to wait with no actual progress:

Chats with Support:

This isn’t how a reputable crypto bookmaker should behave. I’ve passed every KYC and compliance check anywhere else, but Rollbit seems to be the first one to completely ignore a user for weeks with funds still locked.

Can anyone actually defend this "casino" for this type of behaviour? I've read I'm not the only one, but this is outrageous.

I know I haven't done anything wrong, except win some money, but even if someone has breached some sort of t or c, surely they get some sort of response or proof of a breach? Instead of stalling for months.
