Stake.com has their own poker now which is one of the most reputable crypto casino available. There’s some crypto casino that offer poker games before but I don’t recommend them since they are not active already.

You should be precise about the status of your country in each casino you will use. And since using VPN isn't allowed in almost all casinos, no one will advice you to use VPN with any money related service.
There is only few casinos here im bitcointalk offering poker games but sure you can find few good options. Actually, the only two casinos i know about are 1win and Betfury. And they both run weekly poker events managed by the great manager Royce. Both casinos are safe to use if your country isn't in their restricted list.

I would have suggested stake casino to you but unfortunately you said it's not allowed in your country  and you didn't also sound like you are from US, so you can try the Swc poker to see if it's also restricted in your country, there you can play poker with Bitcoin and some other crypto.
