How Criticism has help me understand Bitcointalk better

Since I've been in this forum, being active for a while and going off due to busy schedule, criticism on my
own  perspective is helping me to interact in this forum and making amends where I've been criticized or corrected but I won't say so for other newbies. These newbies when they come into the forum to interact and are being criticized, they feel that the forum isn't really a place where they can fit in and give up all of a eventually.

How do we approach newbies so we don't run away from the forum.

I haven't been criticized directly but I have come across posts where newbies are criticized and whenever I see such post I read it well and try to understand what they are being criticized for and also avoid experiencing same thing.

I am not here for anyone I am here to learn and gain some knowledge and interact whenever I can so if I am being criticized at some point I believe I have done something wrong so I will just make amends.

If there is anything I must say about this forum I wouldn't mind saying that this is the best place I have ever joined amongst all social platform as here is periodically learning and gaining knowledge from people whom think that knows more than and even as that as newbies it is always advisable to learn how accept our mistakes and errors when corrected and for you to excel here you have to unlearned what you have learned to be able to scale through this forum. Criticism implies gaining more thick skin to be able to overcome whatever being said by any provided you are always accepting your errors and mistakes it would boost your experience and knowledge towards how things are being done over here in the forum.

Any body who's ready to learn must also be ready to accept criticisms with an open mind. He makes no mistakes after a while because he has been taking corrections over time. The fastest way a newbie can get better or start making good posts is by analysing every criticism and making every necessary amendments. I understand that sometimes, we receive negative criticism that was never intended to boost your courage or correct you, you don't need to be troubled. Learning to tolerate such negative energies and get over them while making amends and working hard to be better in what you do is the best life hack not just the forum.  Greater percentage of members have received lots of criticism some days in their early days but keeping focused and knowing what you want really matters.

Receiving criticism is a good thing because it allows you to evaluate your input and gives you a headway. There other discouraging things you can meet as a newbie, your posts can be deleted several times without prior corrections or notice. It can make you feel you will never get better, but you just have to keep going and never rush or be impatient. Everyone has his early days and once you are able to get over it, you will be happy you didn't give up.

We all agree that criticism is everywhere and as a newbie on the forum or a new user to anything we are learning, criticism is just inevitable but if we could be more honest there are many other ways which one can be corrected and not be criticized. We know it will be very difficult for some user to approach newbie in a manner full and respectful ways since we are all human and no one is above mistake but many newbie get criticized and trash when they break rules or make mistake which is not appropriate.
 We newbies are putting much effort and trying our best to scale through this era of learning, we want to be like other members and we also want to corrects others and show what the forum has impact on us but at times we need encouragement, appreciation of our efforts and also corrections from senior ranks members but not in a negative way but manner full ways.


But I know you people would get feed up with newbies breaking rules and making inappropriate decisions in the forum but please bear with us and accommodate us. You people should not get tired of fixing our mistakes and correcting our wrong decisions. We are all great full to the senior ranks members we appreciate all the effort and all what you people are going through for our sake thank you so much once more.

First I will start by saying critism is what brings me to this little point I am today, if you aren't critize as a human been in life you are actually going no where because that's only what makes you grow stronger and better in whatever you find yourself doing, critism is what calls you to order when are not getting it right.

I can remember way back when I newly join the forum men!! it was crazy, their is no single day I don't get it hot from my senior colleagues but I just don't let it  being a problem to me rather I take it as a challenge in getting better. Note, it is better to be critize often and get better by each day than to be ignored even when you are going astray.

However, newbies shouldn't be depressed or get worked up when critize, but they should take it as an advantage and a way forward to success.

It's good you are holding up despite what you termed "criticism." But I tell you, not everyone can handle it like you. Just as it's in every facet of life, we are not wired the same way, and neither is our mind.

I've tried my best to be polite on the forum, and I've been more careful with the newcomers, so that I make them feel welcome. Even if they do or say anything wrong, it's our duty as the old and experienced members to put them right, in a welcoming/polite way. But this is, of course, if the newbies are not unruly themselves, because many of them could have issues with their attitude.

Anybody that is ready to learn must be ready to accept criticism, like in the football world, players re been criticized on a daily basis and this normally help them to train more and do better in the field

I remember those days as a Chorister, the Priest will always criticize us, sometimes he will even laugh at us and as humans, we will be sad but then his criticism will help us to do better..

All this applies to this forum, criticism will help newbies like us to do better but then all senior members here should also learn to criticize constructively without insulting anyone

There's a difference between a regular criticism and a constructive criticism, when you are being corrected on this platform take it as an opportunity to learn because when you also learn you would be able to teach others. Like a said the criticisms you get isn't because your ideas and opinions being undermined, taking every correction is a step to becoming better. My advice for you is to spend sometime to study and ask questions, newbies come into the forum and they are quick to teach others what they have not fully learned themselves, learn and be consistent

Anyone who wants to improve and become a better person must be open to criticisms and i want you to know that it's not only newbies that are criticized in the forum, even high ranks are criticized. However, we have individual differences as some people might might correct you politely when you have made a mistake while others might insult you or even say words that might discourage you but do not be afraid as the forum is no longer in newbie jail where they can't express themselves. See criticisms as part of growth and don't feel bad when you are criticized, we all passed through that stage sometime ago. Just know that the forum comprises of people from different part of the world so our reasoning and ways of relating with others differs. Citicism can affect you in two ways either it build you or endup discouraging you , it all boils down to it like me I usually take it as a calling to improve myself more . Cause if you ain't being criticised when you are wrong you won't be able to figure out your weak point. Exactly, you don talk am finish, no where wey criticism no dey despite how hurtful or painful E dey be.
But if we really won grow and get to our destination, we go know say all those criticism Na to help us to stay calm and focus on what we want to achieve in life.
Although, E get as most people go criticize you, you go won give up, instead of thinking to give up, you think of making it and allow your success to speak for you.

Even for forum here, if you see the way some people dey criticize people especially newbies, you go won give up, though some people dey do to harm you or make person feel say them no dey worthy to be part of this forum, making them to see every mistake one does as an intentional act, forgetting say nobody dey above mistakes while some people dey criticize to make you push forward by helping you to bring out the person in you either by making you to research more or learn more in order to build up yourself so that you won't have space for any criticism, as them dey give you, you dey always get wetin you go answer back but anything one dey do for this life, thread with caution to avoid had I known.

Criticism is normal for a forum like this and it is not expected to break you, instead it should make you stronger. Some people were truly hardened by criticism especially those taken to reputation board for funny reasons such as low quality post, I have seen some of such post in the past and it can be so stressful defending. The only way to go about it is to improve on the post quality. So, criticism is good because it makes for improvement.

whoever that want to learn must ready to take any criticism against him, learning is not an easy going thing, so those that accept criticism are those that really do well in life generally.

Normally, bitcointalk is filled with lots of high vibrational entities from different regions round the world with different perspectives about a situation, so a newbie who come with a low vibrational behaviour has to be circulated and aligned himself in order to match the energy of these high intellect.

Its not a one day stuffs but on a consistent level where daily interaction among members removes the dust out of the naive mind.

Forum be like military place where soja go soja com yet barrack remain, nobody dey beg anybody to stay. Who want run bcos of criticisms no ready to stay in the onset. Wetin make people self dey vanish like that here be say some newbies dey think sometimes like say here na those social media platforms like X, Meta, IG and the rest of dem for entertainment.
So when experience users dey try put tru dem find am difficult to cope. This bitcoin talk forum na friendly place to be. Every senior ranks here started from newbie and na same guidelines and experience way u think say e dey discourage Newbies na em dem pass through and also ranks up.
So no special reservations for Newbies.

Welcome the forum is never designed to pamper you and for that reason to be successful in this forum you need to have two things at the back of your mind and always walk with them all the time and this is:
1 be quick to correction and learn as much as you can as you get correction along the line.
2 develop a thick skin, this is what will help you to be able to survive here in the forum since most criticism comes in a harsh reality.

For one who understands life better, criticisms shouldn't be the reason to give up on something or to disappear because their are advantage of criticism and if you dont understand this you may just end up not achiev8ng your goals. Criticism encourage one to learn better because you already understand you need to have a first hand information because if you are not meeting up to the standard of what people want you will be criticized. Because of the encouragement that comes with criticism, this should be a reason why one shouldn't feel bad about it.

No one Is an island of knowledge, no one is above criticism...as long as you are willing to learn you must be ready to be corrected, with time this is going to help you grow...the forum is a great platform to learn whatever you are interested in, all you have to do is keep learning and follow the rules, in due time you are going to notice a lot of development ...you just have to be consistent and ready to learn new things
