Juan is a common Filipino name. 'Pinoy' (in his thread title) is a slang/local term for Filipino.
OP's site is more like a casino review site dedicated in reviewing Philippine based casinos that are licensed by PAGCOR, a regulatory board here in PH. I guess since his site is just a for doing reviews, he doesn't want to spend a lot to make it appealing to everyone.
Although OP did mention Juan Casino here, on his site, it points to a different one (Juan365.com) which is another PAGCOR  licensed casino here in the Philippines. I'm just not sure if that's what OP is actually promoting here.

If you guys don't write more details about your review sites, then how will we realise what the advantage is of using your review platform? Besides your announcement style, your website does not seem very professional to me. And it's more likely you are just reviewing only Philippines casinos. So are you going to add a review about the global casino? Or your website isn't completed yet? Better take more time to build a professional website and announcement thread as well.

Well, I am Filipino, and I come from the Philippines, but to be frank, I have no trust in the casinos promoted here in our country. Why? That's because the majority of the casinos promoted here in our country are illegal online casino gambling platforms.

And that is what I think OP's review site is for. His niche is reviewing and listing PAGCOR licensed casinos, not some random scam casinos here in PH (at least that's his promise). PAGCOR or Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation is the only thing that issues gambling licenses here. They also deal with the complaints and disputes for those casinos. If someone chose to play in an unlicensed casino that isn't regulated then got scammed, pretty sure it would be very hard to resolve or even get someone to help you with it which is why OP's initiative of listing and reviewing only those licensed casinos is great.

You can simply know businesses that are serious by how they're introduced on a platform. Juan Casino has clearly shown that they are not out for business. In a highly competitive market like a crypto casino, a company is coming up with a one-line post and a link to prospective customers. It has been shown that they didn't do their homework well and need to learn how services are marketed here.

Somehow that name is catchy for Filipino audiences and easy to remember. But its just they made worst presentation here and provably they won't get better attention if they market their casino in that way.

Maybe its really better for them to check first the current situation happened on other casino. So that they can at least get an idea on how to promote their casino in Bitcointalk.

Posting like this will create impression that OP or even the owner of this casino is lazy and not good platform to play. But if they are serious to market their casino they can at least hire a campaign manager then discuss those effective methods that can increase the exposure and possibly gather lots of attention in this forum.

You should have checked the other casino's announcement to see how they do theirs. This is a locally targeted casino, so you should be specific in your announcement.
I support local casinos, but they should be more specific in their announcements. They should learn how this forum works for casino promotions or get a marketing manager to guide them on how to do it.

I doubt that they would waste time creating an ANN thread, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone clicking on it or signing up. They claimed to be a “PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform,” but as I mentioned in an earlier post, they are not included in PAGCOR’s official list of licensed gaming operators, which contradicts their claim. I think they just posted here hoping that someone might fall for their platform.

They probably posted here because their website claims to accept crypto deposits. However, in reality, cryptocurrency is not recognized or regulated as legal tender in the Philippines, and no PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform is officially authorized to accept cryptocurrency deposits.
