I know most crypto exchange in Nigeria has a minimum buy amount or deposit of $5, which is equivalently over 7500 Naira, and as such I'm pretty sure there are some people who would have loved to invest in Bitcoin but don't have enough money to do so, which must have scared them away from participating in the current Bitcoin investment, and as such, I thought if I could make research about platforms who offer investment in Bitcoin with small capital such as $1 will be very great to the average people who would have love to invest in Bitcoin but can't afford $5 but has $1. Another thing is that if you continue to accumulate bitcoin, it is better you move the bitcoin from the exchange to a wallet after you have accumulated up to $50 or $100 dollar. Yes, it's true the amount may be small, but it is better having a fraction of it than not having at all. Because imagine if you had invested this same $1 you called small amount in Bitcoin 15yrs ago, by now you would have been a multi millionaire by now. And likewise I absolutely think such scenerio is likely to take place for those who can invest in it today and how on to it long term.

It is better you move the bitcoin from the exchange to a wallet after you have accumulated up to $50 or $100 dollar. Do not leave you coins on the exchange for a long time.

Yes, it's necessary to transfer to a non custodial wallet after you may have accumulated quite a reasonable sum from these exchanges. Because it's absolutely not secure to hold coin on exchange long term.

I will also advise anyone buying Bitcoin should have knowledge of this slogan " not your keys not your coin" know it and have peace of mind because any asset not under your custody is not your own because you have no access to the private keys which makes it more riskier than one could imagine because if anything should happen to the exchange where it is being held, your investment is it are all gone. So take your asset safety very seriously and make sure you have them under your custody after buying from the exchange.

What if you are not very disciplined to save $10 in a week? What if you are the person that can not sacrifice $10 at once even if it's for a month?  I made a point tell you that people are different, some people can not invest in the way you expect them to do, but will do things in their own way which is very okey by them. While others can be able to do $10 investment weekly or monthly, it's much okey for others to do $1 daily or $1 trice a week, that's my point.

Some individuals are doing daily laboring jobs and are being paid daily too, if maybe their pay is ₦5k per day, they can decide to deposit ₦1,500 to the exchange and buy Bitcoin with that amount every day as soon as they get paid. They prepare to do it like that because if they decide to hold it, they might spend all the ₦5k that day, hoping on the next pay day.

Wouldn't it be better to save that money for a month and buy a substantial amount? I am considering the transaction fees and other charges that the person might incur if he buys it piecemeal. Or are there no fees or charges for $1 transactions? I know some people are not good at keeping money, maybe they can decide to put the money in akawo (local savings system) and collect a large sum that would be used to invest at the end of every month.

If the person can save for a month and then invest at once, it's up to the person. Some individuals don't just know how to save, that's what am saying.
From all the exchange that OP mentioned, I think I have used luno or someone I know have used it but it's been more than 4 years now, back then if you make a deposit of ₦2k to the exchange, you can use it to buy Bitcoin and the fees won't really be any significant amount (maybe ₦20 to ₦100).  So, if the person is buying Bitcoin worth of ₦1, 500 ($1) daily, in 30 days, that's $30. They can then withdraw from the exchange to a self custody wallet, that only when withdrawal fee can get up to [what i don't know] but for buying of the Bitcoin with naira, you don't pay any significant fee.

Normally exchange na were you go first buy Bitcoin before you move am to a bitcoin wallet. Many investors done fail to understand say exchange na just place to trade do other things except to hold bitcoin. And when person dey chose exchange to buy bitcoin e good to use exchange way done tay and also get good reputations so that by the time you done buy your coin finish them no ho fold.

The reason why those exchange bring down the minimum amount to buy Bitcoin na because them know say no be everybody fit afford that $10 per day or per week. So them bringing the amount to $1, they know why.

Nice one OP! this is extremely useful, up till now most people still believe Bitcoin is only for people who is very rich. It's really good how you listed the platforms that make it simple to start little. Usually, it's that $5 minimum that frighten or discourage starters. So now that people are aware of this platforms, it will really change things.

For myself, I have unwaveringly believed that starting small is the most clever way to enter into Bitcoin. You don't really need to wait for you to be rich; even $1 is sufficient for you to start learning how wallets, deposits and transfers work. Most times, people lose money not because they started with small amount, but because they hurry into it without understanding what they are doing.

The idea is to get started and along the way, you can then increase your investment amount into something higher that will help increase the amount of bitcoin you're holding. The issue a lot of investors are facing is that they think that for them to get started, they need so much in their wallet, but thinking that way, they have no option that procrastinating their buys till they probably have too much asset and then they can start buying.

Knowing that you can start with $1 gives you the first idea that you're a bitcoin holder and afterwards, seeing how small your wallet is, you can then push for a strategy helps increase the bitcoin you're accumulating.
