deposit a couple times and lose almost of it like 10x losing a deposit , now that ive won some enough , and hit my withdraw last october 16 , up until today , theres was no payment received and happening , all i get in support was automated messages , anyone experiencing this also on this website ? they said they work 24/7 a day , and say that they have waiting queue , and im thinking they doing this on purpose so that players can cancel their withdraws and lose on their casino ..

Perhaps you could post or create a dispute on Casino Guru or Trustpilot. Hopefully, you'll get good news. Being scammed by a casino is incredibly frustrating.

Move this to scam accusation board and use the proper format that includes evidence such as deposit, pending withdrawal, chat logs and anything that will prove that you have pending money on this casino and screenshot that casino support doesn’t help ypu to resolve the issue.

As stated already by the above user. Their ANN thread is dead so there’s nothing we can do here to have a progress on your case but we can warn other use to not use this casino anymore.

Boxbet representatives have been inactive on this forum for a long time, so you might not get the answer you're looking for.
Even if they manually process withdrawals, 3 days is still too long.

Their official account in this forum hasn't been active since January 2025, but you can still try and send them a private message or post your concern in their official announcement thread. Maybe that will notify some representative and help you get your concern resolved quickly.
You can even try and send them a message via X (Twitter) as their official account on that platform seems more active than here in this forum.

I think you should write to them on mail if you are getting automated messages or write on their Ann you could get immediate response from their representative.
Usually casinos nowadays do not always want to release funds so easily instead they wouldn't mind cooking up stories for them not to pay the complaints and it's often related with either account abuses or illegal betting techniques. I don't know if @holydarkness can do anything regarding to this, I am quoting if he would help out to you.

I doubt he would get a quick response if he posts in the announcement thread since it’s almost dead and hasn’t been updated for months. The official representative has been inactive for too long, as the members above mentioned. It seems they have abandoned that thread.
However, it’s still worth a shot, and he should try all possible means to get in touch with them. And I suggest sending the OR a PM as he will be notified about it via the email linked to his account and he may get back to you.
