I’m betting before on PBA which is a local basketball league on PBA and it’s so easy to win in there due to the consolidation of good player on few team while other is full of mediocre player.

It’s easy to predict who will win and the total of scoring due to their low scoring games as always due to low accuracy shots. I’m not betting anymore on local league so I can’t give an accurate opinion but in the past it gives me a high winning percentage compared to international league due to tough competition.

I don't know much about the local leagues but for the average person I would say whatever you watch is easier to predict as you're not going to have much knowledge of a league you don't ever watch. Would be silly as well to bet something you don't watch.

This is true, Bookie typically set a much lower odds or high house edge on local league especially those league that collusion or match fixing is highly possible due to many risk involved on the bookie side such as limited information and too much familiarity for those local that frequently watch the game that cause high percentage of winning.

league the same because I’m bad on predicting sports outcome. Lol

The demand on this lower league bet is much lesser so they don’t offer much juice on unpopular market.

One thing with gambling is that luck plays an important role in gambling irrespective of the leaghe that you're betting on. One thing with these local leagues is that matches can easily be fixed but in NBA, match fixing will ne very difficult. Therefore, I cannot give an accurate answer on which of them is easier to win or not because winning is unpredictable.

In the case of my country, Mozambique, I choose my country's local league as it is more difficult to predict the results. For example, as you said, the NBA has a lot of data available on the internet, while my country's basketball league does not have easily accessible data on all teams and players. Also, games can be manipulated by the regime that governs my country.

That's why if someone forced me to choose to bet on an NBA game or on my country's local basketball league, I wouldn't hesitate to choose the NBA. I know this is sad because it may seem like I'm not patriotic, but unfortunately, my country's basketball league is not trustworthy. It is managed by very bad people and they don't frequently make data available so that everyone knows everything about the league, its players, and teams.

It would be quite easier for someone who is a fan of any of the leagues or both basketball leagues, to predict.
There may be stats available online for both the local basketball team and the NBA, but only one who really understands the game and the formation can really be good at predicting whether the local basketball or NBA tournaments respectively.

For me, I would always make a luck prediction even though I know nothing of the leagues involved in basketball. Just as horse racing betting where we don't see the horses but just make a lucky pick anyway, so I would bet, be it on the local basketball game or the NBA tournaments.

To me I don't think anyone is more reliable than the other but rather it depends on individual and the way they go about it, so it is relative. Sports betting may be or can  be reliable to me but it won't be reliable to you or the next person and NBA can be or maybe reliable for you but may not be... For me so no one is more reliable than the other and if there is, I think gamblers would have channel all their energy that way but different people have different choice and for me, sports betting is more reliable for me I don't know about others and funny enough I don't even play NBA.

I think the NBA is harder to predict, especially when they're going to have match fixing. I have a lot experience in local basketball, where thet allow players to deliberately play their games. I believe there will be some videos for that game if your search about game fixing in PH in YouTube.

What may be easy for you to predict might be difficult for someone else, I would say it's all about preference, some people prefer to bet on local basketball games because that's what they watch and others watch more of NBA games. Basically sports betting works for you based on the knowledge you have about the particular sports you are betting on. I'm not really a fan of basketball but I want to start knowing more about it

To be able to make an average good prediction, you need to be an acquaintance of the sports you are predicting, you need to be acquainted with the teams, players and some other minor factors to be considered, else you will just be making false predictions if you don't have any knowledge about the sports or team. How do you gain the knowledge? It's by watching those match or getting informations online to learn about the teams based on their previous games. Therefore, both local basketball and NBA is easy to predict depending on the knowledge you have on the clubs.

First I will remind you that basketball game is one of those that can not be predictably guaranteed no matter the league whether international or local. If you are conversant to football bets, then just consider your fate of predicting the NBA and the Local basketball league as when you are predicting or betting on the favourite leagues like the UEFA Champions and the English Premier leagues and when you are betting on the Minor leagues.
So favorite teams as the NBA has more probability for bettors to predict and be in winning track because you there are instrumental statistics that can be used to analyse the teams and game outcome while luck decides the result.

I'm not really a fan of basketball but from my experience its easier to predict a league that you follow up closely, you've more chances at making a good prediction than a totally different league. If you're a fan of basketball and follow up the NBA events, then you'll have more information regarding the league and teams involved and hence have more chances at predicting correctly else you might only be making a guess work, it might convert for you though but you'll have little confidence in your picks and it would also be harder for you to make decisions regarding your picks.

AFAIK, many from the local basketball scene can rig the games and they're even betting against themselves. If it's not a team act but someone from the team can do it. While the NBA cannot be spared on it because some players have proven done it but it's now more scary to do it there because it's destroying someone's career if they will be caught doing it. I think it's harder to predict the local scene because of how things can be easily manipulated there and the players there are not really going to commit a lot if they are caught doing something against the league's rules.

I would say it is "easier" to bet and make some bucks with the NBA, as you have more information, data and statistics to process when compared to local leagues, which do not have as much data and you also take the risk of dealing with rigging. It is obvious small leagues could be messed with by criminal syndicates in order to twist and turn the result of games.

Though, to be clear I don't usually bet outside political events or football matches, so I don't know much about basketball, but that does not mean I cannot give you my honest opinion about this matter.

It is kind of asking someone who bets on football whether it is easier to win money from letting in small or big leagues.

i think the local basketball is a bit harder to predict because the teams can be inconsistent sometimes and there is not much reliable data to study to begin with!! one day a team looks strong, the next day they play poorly in the NBA you have stats, injury reports and a lot of information that makes predictions a bit more structured even though most at times surprises still happen. so while the NBA is not like 100% predictable, it is generally easier to analyze than local leagues where almost anything can happen.
