I'd recommend self directing your own research. You're going to find things way more interesting and keep motivated that way.
You don't have to and probably won't learn everything right at the start (and there might still be gaps regardless and that's fine).

Both are the main successful strategies imo but you can do whatever you want trading wise. Crypto is a risky environment and profit is not guaranteed (especially now we're at ATHs - the best time to invest is usually either when no one's talking crypto or people have just started taking and the price is moving upwards - after a long period of valuation despair).
