I get where you’re coming from, but I’d like clarifying something in what you’ve said, taking higher risk, whether it’s in investing or trading doesn’t necessarily mean gambling, yes there’s an amount of risk you’ll take that’ll depict or show that you’re actually gambling, especially when the person displays some level of confidence without an actual testable strategy or whenever people allow their emotions to set in and start making decisions for them, that’s when they start trying any strategy without really evaluating the situation, hoping that that strategy would make them some good profits, now that’s gambling.

Many gamblers are coming in the market because they want to be rich And they want to buy costly things. As for me, in either trading or investment, I will prefer taking out the high risk and made an investment with Bitcoin for a long time and have no risk in it.
Maybe you also don't want to be a trader that will gamble away his trading fund, learn some additional skills, strategies and improve your competence and take away the high risk attached and trade to profit and not on losses.

Exactly trading is not gambling, but they share some similarities and both involved staking of money. And in trading you have to stake hudge amount of money to enable you make reasonable profits from each trade you place, but in gambling as little as $1 you can use it to win a reasonable amount of money depending on the odds of games. Further more some person's see trading as something that is very risky, while some see it less risky. But IMO trading is very risky so everyone should approach it with caution and with the money they can afford to loose, if possible just buy bitcoin consistently using the DCA method, and with your discretionary income and hold for long term to safe yourself stress. There is no coin that is risk free, it doesn't exist my friend, anything that comes form spot trade come with risk even if you buy just Bitcoin. Some other factors also contribute such the kind of money you are using and the condition of the market. You can't be a spot trader and be holding token for long term, you can either be a short term spot trader or be a long term holder.

Imagine that you bought a coin like OM Mantra last year and you were so happy that it's going to the moon, I saw the coin grow from $0.4 to $8 only to crash to $0.013. Till now the coin and the project is looking for edge where to stand but investors trust broken completely. Nobody wants to have anything to do with the coin, the already investors are just waiting for a way to pull out their money from the ponzi coin.

When someone decides to engage in high-risk investments, it doesn't necessarily mean they're gambling... as long as they use analysis and the assets they choose have real economic value. If they simply hope that the money they invest in an asset will grow rapidly, even though they don't understand the characteristics and value of the asset they've chosen, then what they're doing is simply gambling, because they have little information about the asset they've chosen, making their decision seem entirely dependent on luck, rather than understanding or strategy. But if they have analyzed and seen that there is an opportunity in the asset they have chosen, but for some reason it makes it riskier, it can be said to be a high-risk investment decision.
