Ever regret introducing people to Bitcoin

I told some of my employees and customers about bitcoin a few years ago when the price was under $30K.
I told them I have been buying like crazy since it dropped to $16K. I sold my business early last year and now retired.

I don't know if they ever took my advice or just thought I was crazy haha.

After you give advice, those who understand the importance of Bitcoin will definitely invest in Bitcoin according to your advice. If Bitcoin was $30,000 when you suggested it, there was a possibility of making about three times the profit from the current position. Maybe they invested according to your advice. Or they laughed you off, thinking you were insignificant. But investment opportunities don't always come, and those who invest according to the advice of good, experienced investors will definitely benefit.

Solid, that is the funny part about Bitcoin, when you are buying the dips, people think you are completely nut, but when the price moons, immediately you look like a genius.. You told them early, under $30k, even buying heavy at $16k… that was literally the best time to load up..  If they ignored you, that is on them, not you…

A lot of people only understand Bitcoin after someone else wins big from it.. They do not see the vision when the price is low..

People rarely recognize conviction until it becomes profit, just like when you are buying the dips, you look reckless  but when the market finally reflects the value you saw early, suddenly you knew what you were doing all along and the truth is just that most people only believe in Bitcoin after the reward is visible, not when the opportunity is open.

Why should there be any regrets about introducing Bitcoin to others, especially those closest to us?
And as long as we introduce Bitcoin to the right people who are willing to get involved, I think it's part of the adoption process, even if it's just a few people.
Honestly, at the time, I didn't want to change everything alone, especially financially, and I took the initiative to introduce some family members and close friends. At first, they thought I was crazy, but after I explained the details and demonstrated the benefits, and turned it into luxury items like motorcycles and other items, they became very motivated and eventually got involved. What I've seen so far is how much profit they've made, what they've changed and gained from the benefits Bitcoin brings, and I feel proud that I introduced Bitcoin to the right people. And I introduced it in 2020, and at the beginning of the year, if I'm not mistaken, the Bitcoin price was still around $7,000, and despite constant fluctuations, it eventually soared to almost $29,000 by the end of the year.

Unfortunately that's human behavior for you, literally humans believe on evidences before making further move,but in this scenario a lot of evidences have been seen from the past till date.Who doesn't know that bitcoin isn't a stable coin?they know quite well but they see no reason in buying them, while most persons that are interested might loss interest when they discover bitcoin isn't a get quick rich investment.Whatever they think about seeing the rewards first, it's pretty obvious that Bitcoin has never failed on surging a new ATH no matter how long the dip might be.

I have actually been able to let some individuals know about bitcoin, but I don’t regret not letting anyone know about this Bitcoin, I think four years ago I was able let some of my friends know about Bitcoin, but they even started investing in bitcoin before me, because they had some money saved aside which they wanted to make some investment and I was able to let them know about bitcoin and inform them about the little details about bitcoin, so I must say that they have been very very good, and they are reaping the benefits of their investment and having a good and quite excellent profit.

It's mostly they think that btc isn't trustworthy. I've also told the same thing when it was pretty cheap.

Only a few have listened to my advice about buying bitcoin. But I have no idea how many of them pursued and continued with it.

Should they have pushed to do DCA, they're probably enjoying the profits they have made this cycle.

No personal regrets so far but you shouldn’t be held responsible for for their actions or didn’t you tell them that they were solely responsible for every action they choose to take?
Atleast one person is still holding and he should be speaking in your favour by now and judging from your writing, I think you over promised them a lot of things which they didn’t see
So it will best you let us know the approach you used in telling them about bitcoin.

I bet that at that time most people thought who would be crazy enough to invest their money in Bitcoin, but when they saw that the price of Bitcoin had gone up significantly since then, they would think that if only I had done that, maybe I could have made some money.

but that's how people view Bitcoin, most people won't be too interested in it, until they hear about a significant price increase. and even when the price is high, they are still not interested in entering because they are worried that it is too high and are afraid that their investment will fall suddenly. but once Bitcoin goes higher, they will regret not getting in earlier.

I guess nothing wrong with your part here because you only share your knowledge regards with the bitcoin and the action to make an investment is on them. There is a part of us that we want to share the knowledge we have the idea and of course earn an extra money with the bitcoin but sad reality is others are just carried with the hype they just focus with the profit and not with thr structure of the bitcoin. Now if they ended up lose their money its their credibility because they make the investment and not you all investment must need to have the prior knowledge.

Well, I definitely have teached and brought some person's into crypto and bitcoin investment which I regret today but the story isn't the same as yours..
I regret only because the persons I introduced to bitcoin refused to buy bitcoin, they were of the opinion that bitcoin was already too expensive at the time and that they won't buy it even a fraction of it, they preferred to find another altcoin that's still cheap and buy..

I regret because I should have possibly forced them to buy bitcoin but I didn't, and to cut the long story short, today, the altcoin those guys (3 of them) bought have gone down more than 100% percent with no chance it may ever recover again, so this guys have lost their money, and they don't even know cus they are checking what's happening in the market, they may be simply waiting to cashout millions of dollars from the crypto asset they invested in but have no idea such may never happen.

You will only know if they don't take your advice when you are still seeing your employees still hustling so hard just to make ends meet, otherwise if they do, they might have their own businesses as well due to bitcoin. However, convincing them to invest in bitcoin is actually risky, especially if they will only see it a get rich quick tool, they will never be successful with bitcoin then. The fact that you will get blame of their losses, you will also feel regrets why you share bitcoin to them.

Yeah I regret I told some friends about it. They ended up buying in full hype every bull run & selling in panic every bear run. I have a few examples of people doing this cycle like at least 20 times before they gave up & called it a scam lol. Some people just aren’t made to make money

Having friends that makes one to feel the worse of themselves is a  very bad experience, because they will think that you are the one scamming them. Which is why they are unable to benefit from it.
But they failed to understand that investing or trading in crypto requires patience, consistent and self discipline to be able to become successful through it. That is why it's crucial for people to always tell anyone they want to tell about crypto should also tell them everything concerning it, both the advantages and disadvantages, don't hide anything from them and don't tell them only one side story, so that they can be able to make decisions which they won't later regret it in life.

Just not too long go, I sold a used TV owned by a relative. Split the cash from the deal. I immediately bought some BTC and informed the relative's son (cousin) if he wanted BTC or cash. He chose the latter

There is nothing wrong with this if you have a friend or someone close to you who is interested in Bitcoin. They deserve help with knowledge and comprehensive information about Bitcoin so they can quickly grasp it and avoid getting trapped. With this knowledge, your friends can enjoy Bitcoin's potential without getting caught out.Incidents like this remind me of myself. In the past, my own friend helped me and taught me selflessly. Indeed, those who want to enter the investment world should be prepared for various risks, not just focused on profits. It's best to teach them with small capital first so they can get used to the fluctuations that occur constantly. From there, they'll become accustomed to these fluctuations.

Giving advice is one thing, but people embracing the idea is another whole thing which you don’t have a role to play in that again. When you’re being told of a new idea, the person cannot be the one to still convince you but rather you’ll go ahead and make the best decision out of it by probably embarking on more research about it. When I tell people about bitcoin, I tell them both the advantage and little disadvantages of it, which the disadvantages has already been overwhelmed by the advantages.  It is now left for them now on to decide and take action on what’s most best for them.

I wouldn't imagine anyone would be in bad terms because someone introduce them to bitcoin. How can introducing something good to someone can affect them in a bad way? In my case I never regretted to introduce someone to bitcoin. It's been a long time but even when bitcoin price dropped and they lost money, they knew that in the end they will definitely be in profit and everyone was just grateful to know about this amazing thing. I saw interesting things in this thread that how people can have a bad experience. But of course everyone who was introduced bitcoin early is lucky nevertheless.

With this case, obviously they will be the one to stay in regrets if they don't listen to you. At least you do your part in helping them, by letting them see that bitcoin will hit it big in the future and you were right then. But if they miss the opportunity that time, now is the right time to enter the market and start buying and accumulating bitcoin.

Your success is a living testimony for bitcoin. They should believe in you if they want to be like one in the future.
