That's exactly what they wanted, your bad. Why even keep playing if you can't withdraw? Makes no sense.
Now that the money is gone anyway I guess the story is over. Another lesson learned, don't play at BC. You win, you will see problems, you lose, please deposit more, don't hesitate. We have seen this countless time here, so many complaints about their KYC, over and over again.

We can start with supporting evidence. Mind to share us a screenshot of the said email from BC saying that your KYC got blocked? And uhh, what's the exact amount being in dispute here? USD 700? USD 90? The number seemed to change. Hopefully you didn't gamble the initial amount away while being locked?
