Hello!
Gamdom its a joke of a gambling site nowadays. I have deposited twice one year ago, won and lost and my balance stands just 112 usdt, won nothing here. I tried to withdraw since my limits are almost zero. The system did not allow me to withdraw so I contacted live chat. They advised me to proceed with the KYC procedure. I did it till level 3, which is everything there. But the system again did not allow me to withdraw. Contacted them again, they told me to submit proof of income. I told them that I didn't see the point since I deposited through crypto. After many chats with them we reached an agreement to provide three deposits I received on my crypto wallet. I provided that, clearly and many more, through two different wallets. Clearly way more that the deposits I had with them. They gave the ok to withdraw then again the system would not allow me to do that. contacted them again, and now they told me that they changed their mind, and they want a bank statement as proof of income. I told them to go to hell, because it's clear they will ask and ask.
Four days later they sent me a message that they are still waiting for my document. I changed my mind and made a photo of a bank statement, will substantial funds moved clearly proving that I have funds to play at gamdom. I uploaded the document on chat (because I have no other way to do that, my account is fully verified) and the girl there told me that the bank statement does not meet their requirements as proof of income and they want another document and also a separate document as proof of address. I already proved my address and they accepted it. This is really a joke... Whatever I send them, and every time I sent documents that they requested they will request other documents. We all know that they just want to keep my money, and that will not change my life or theirs. But I just wanted for everyone on betting community to know this...
I uploaded some screenshots of discussions with them. Have a nice day guys...

So, you are currently having problem with proof of address verification. And they aren't accepting the bank statement as proof of address verification as you have already used it for the source of funds verification. I have seen this type of complaint against other casinos. You should keep trying to pass the proof of address verification with the documents that you can manage. This type of issue usually gets resolved with the continuous submissions of the requested documents.

Gamdom also accepts "utility bill" as proof of address verification. Why aren't you submitting the utility bill?

No, no. As a proof of address I already provided a utility bill which they accepted. My account stands fully verified as you can check on the screenshots (passport, live check and address). Even they do not know what they want from me anymore. A week ago gamdom asked for 3 deposits on my crypto wallets as proof of income, which I provided and they accepted but 2 minutes later changed their minds. I provided today a bank statement as  another proof of income. They want another. No reason why bank statement is not enough. The girl on live chat got confused and asked again for proof of address, but then she left that matter apart. The truth is gamdom just ask and ask just not to pay me.

I think the problem is with your inactivity. You mentioned that you made two deposits one year ago and had 112 USDT left on your account, which you would like to withdraw now, correct? I think they suspect you of being a hacker since the account was inactive and you didn't play there for a while, and now you want to withdraw the funds. So, they are asking for more and more documents to ensure you are the right person.

I think that is pretty much standard, and it makes sense why they are asking for so many documents from you. However, if Gamdom does it regularly with regular gamblers, I would say it is shady behavior.

No. I have played there not regularly but I have played. Took no bonus, nothing . My rollover must have been 5-6 time the total of deposits

Well, you have indeed completed all the steps of KYC verification. I just noticed it on the account page screenshot. But I thought that you hadn't completed the proof of address verification as the support is still asking you to complete it with different documents. Gamdom team isn't active in this forum, and they don't give any response to the mediators as well. Have you tried to reach the email support team with your issue?

I don't know if you are just unlucky, but you seem to have a lot of issues with different gambling platforms. Have you thought about the fact that your accounts could have been linked up across different platforms?

Otherwise, I find gamdom's shifting of goal posts rather annoying. After such an experience, I don't think I would play in such a casino again.
