It might be best to specify what the salary is. I checked the document and it only mentioned a "competitive pay" which was vague.
You'll get more applicants if you tell them what you're willing to pay for their services rather than them guessing what it is.

Thank you for the suggestion but salary is based on experience hence we aren't publishing that. Their CV is what's going to determine that and open to further negotiations.

I've read the offer details and I think it would be difficult for one person to moderate all these tasks alone. These tasks are supposed to be completed according to a specific schedule that covers the entire week, so I don't think one person will work full-time, seven days a week, or that the offer needs a more detailed explanation.

Another important detail about payment structure. You should mention how you aim to pay for this position. Either by monthly salary or flexible rate per hour or whatever the structure you use.

They have already mentioned the reason; Must be based in Europe (due to timezone overlap). Otherwise if there is another reason, they should note it since it is a remote job. I don't think the job require a paper work in any kind or that a person should be physically present for a remote work. Otherwise, they had to hire someone from LinkedIn or freelance platform.

I ensure you they can easily find suggestions from bitcointalk forum but with such requirements they make it difficult to find someone with all those criteria.

Sometimes, requirements as this sets in as a barrier and challenge to the organisation and they would not understand till they get in for full operations because they have discriminated from the very beginning and that would lead them to having incompetent workers just because of time zone and presence in Europe.
Maybe a review should be appropriate for such an offer immediately so they don't regret their actions because there are good professionals who coin do better but are not based in the Europe.
