I would rather advise you to save money in stable coin if the money is not to be used for any investment. The amount you should keep in fiat should be the amount for your expenses I don't encourage any one to keep savings in fiat since you will end up getting below the amount you deposited in the bank. For your investment the amount should not be made difficult if you are investing in a new business or is important you consider the amount you use so that you won't be too eager to get quick profit.

Well in my percention when it comes with money is with this hierarchy

1. Investment - This will serve to make my money grow so even though im sleeping there's a good amount of cash flow to my wallet.
2. Savings - Once you got good investment or even an asset of course all you need to is save does not mean that you already have a supply of money you can spend it all the time because sometimes not all investment are sustainable and sometimes business not work as we expected so making additional money is needed. Also some things unexpectedly happen such as the emergency funds its a must to have. Having a saving make you avoid too much probably in terms of money.
