I have a withdrawal request pending for more than 1 month now on Winna. see photo below:

They simply arent paying it. They are also not giving me any reason whatsoever, they basically are 'ghosting' me. What can I do? I know Winna is active here, they might be able to say something right?

Unfortunately their being scammers and using shady tactics, currently their trying to sue myself and my client for an 80k withdraw on a defemation case for calling them out and making complaints. it's pathetic to see.... do better winna.com

Wow. for me its just a small sum. But not paying is really weird... i just dont understand it. No email, no response from live support etc.

You created another scam accusations sometime back (Winna.com just not paying my withdrawal) and instead of adding what was requested in the accusation (proof or evidence that is pinning winna.com) you instead went on a trolling spree. No wonder nobody took you seriously, and now you are here wondering why you haven't been helped?

If you did, continue the trolling when communicating with the customer support staff, then I guess you know why you haven't been helped up to now.

Can you show screenshots that live support is not responding to your concern? It’s odds that this casino will scam you for that small amount while they spend thousands of bucks on their Bitcointalk marketing just to increase their exposure. It’s nonsense for them to taint their reputation for small amount while their expenses is greater.

Is it possible that you already made a past conversation with their support and you’ve got muted for being persistent?

Winna has a representative here. Let’s wait on his response. @Holydarkness might help.

In your first thread, I commented and said you are another Winna hater because you did not post any evidence. As I can see from the screenshot, you do have a pending withdrawal there. I am kind of confused now. Why would a casino keep a tiny withdrawal pending for months while they spend 20x more on the same forum to promote their business? You should stick with one thread, communicate with the forum members, and update them regarding your case instead of creating a different thread.

Please wait for the Winna representative to come and post some replies. I think they didn't even replied in your previous thread because you did not posted any evidence to back your claim.

Winna has a representative here. Let’s wait on his response. @Holydarkness might help.
The best thing to do is for him to actually contact the winna representative. He knows how to find them since, according to his post history, he commented in their official ANN thread.

Its simply not okay to keep a withdrawal pending for more than 40!!!days without any contact whatsover.

You don't have to make a video for that. Just submit some screenshots of your deposit, a screenshot of their support responses, and I think it will be enough. Then you should wait for the winna representative to come here and tell their part of the story. I would love to hear from them why the withdrawal is pending for 40 days and why there was no response from the support team. They are spending a lot of money on advertising their platform here, but they aren't paying a tiny withdrawal for a long time. It is not acceptable at all and I am confised why they would behave like this.
