Hello friends! I have issue with my 2 s19k pro miners they won’t work on high performance mode also I am curious about Vnish firmware how to download it and is it worth it miners still under warrenty. My miners have micro usb and the stock firmware date is: Mon Dec 16 16:15:50 CST 2024

Have you ever tried to check first if the temp has nearly hit the high temp? Around 85°C PCB max temp according to Bitmain.
Check the logs if it shows you the hashboard temps. If it's high, then that's the reason why it can't run in performance mode.

Try to add something that can help cool down the unit because you can't force the unit to run in performance mode while the unit has nearly hit the high-temp protection.

I don't recommend switching to other firmware while the unit is working fine because you might end up the same as other users who experience mismatched firmware after reverting it back to Bitmain's firmware.

Usually, it's caused by overheating, but I don't know how you get the 70°C temp below, or did you spot 70°C on the miner's dashboard?

Well, I can't determine what the cause of this issue is without the kernel logs.
I suggest post the logs here so that we can determine the cause.
