Hello everyone,

I’m posting this on behalf of my client (@faizanc1738) to bring attention to an ongoing issue with Shuffle.com Casino.

🧾 Timeline of Events

My client’s account on Shuffle.com holds a balance of $7,000 USD.

KYC was fully completed and approved — the account status clearly shows as “Verified.”

Despite this, the withdrawal has been pending for over 9 days with no progress or explanation.

Support keeps stating that “the account is verified,” yet the funds remain locked.

No compliance or security request has been made, and there’s been no meaningful response from the Shuffle team.

❌ Current Status

Account verified ✅

KYC completed ✅

Balance: $7,000 USD ✅

Withdrawal pending 9+ days ❌

No response or payout from Shuffle ❌

⚠️ Concerns

This situation raises serious concerns about Shuffle.com’s withdrawal practices and transparency.
A fully verified account should not have legitimate withdrawals delayed for this long without any justification or update.

We’ll continue to update this thread with screenshots and chat evidence if the issue remains unresolved.

I’m posting this on behalf of my client (@faizanc1738) to bring attention to an ongoing issue with Shuffle.com Casino.
Who are you? Why hasn't the user come here directly with his/her issue? You had also created another scam accusation against another casino on behalf of your client. You should create your own dispute resolution website if you want to take care of other people's issues in this way. I doubt that Shuffle team will reply to an accusation which has been brought here by a 3rd party, not by the users directly.

Anyway, I can see that the user has made a deposit of 6.55k Canadian Dollars and made a withdrawal of 7.18k Canadian Dollars. Why did the user make a big deposit like that if he was looking for only 600 Canadian Dollars profit. Maybe the withdrawal is under review for AML related issues. I can see that the user 'faizanc1738' has wagered only $5.3k (7.4k Canadian Dollars) at Shuffle. I'm mentioning 'Little Mouse' here so that he can inform Shuffle team about this thread.

Yes, He deposited and withdrawed, he placed a 2x MLB sportsbet, futhermore he has completed lvl 4 kyc. This matter should be taken seriously as casinos take advantage of players who dont know better.

@CasinoResolver I know you mean well but from the onset I know you know that a third party can't stand and act without the owner being present not even a court case would happen without the owners presence, this isn't the bitcointalk forum way and it's  against the acceptable way of presenting issues on the forum and wrong format of reporting was used!! I don't think even other  gambling mediators outside the forum would allow this.

Besides if there was sensitive data to be talked about , do you think that will be discussed with a third party like you, I don't think so, data protection exists for a reason. Best advice let the owner of that account step out and open that case using the Bitcointalk template that has existed for several years and won't change today... just lock this because in the end this would justify that people are hired to tarnish other businesses without having any proof of what transpired.

Besides it says in review not blocked...meaning the case could need extra time and wish shuffle guys would tell your client that to remove all the speculation, hope Shuffle comes through for your client.

They can play with thousands of dollars in a casino, they also have the capability to explain the situation to you. But they are unable to create a scam accusation thread for themselves! It doesn't make much sense. Creating a scam accusation thread in Bitcointalk or submitting a complaint on a mediator isn't really complicated. Perhaps, you have told your clients that the process is complicated, that's why they aren't here. Most of the casinos won't engage in an accusation which has been brought by a 3rd party instead of the victim.

Get the player who has dispute to raise their own thread here, and I'll try to bridge between them and Shuffle. Them, the one directly impacted and has dispute, not you.

The scam accusations may be valid but I'm not buying this "my client". The only person someone hires is an attorney and he's not one.

This guy is trying to scam the noobs here. He has no creditability to solve any issue. If by chance, a case got resolved, he will take the credit for doing nothing and charge a fee lol.

For instance, the above mentioned victim (I doubt) has reached me in telegram and I have shared his issue long ago. Now, this fake advocate will take the credit and charge a fee if the issue is resolve lol.

Hey bro I had the same thing happen to me I’ve been waiting for my withdrawl for over 8 days now and I’ve messaged customer support multiple times verified my account fully and they keep telling me compliance team is reviewing it. They stopped me from messaging support from the app and now I can only email them. I hope they can send me my withdrawl as it’s a good amount of money and I don’t want to lose my money. My user is faizanc1738.

It looks like OP has trapped the user through a PM. OP's intention is pretty clear here. He will take a commission from the users if the issue gets resolved automatically. The issues of the complainer will get resolved automatically after the investigation if he/she isn't guilty. Thank you for leaving a well-deserved negative feedback to OP's account.

You have done nothing to take the credit. What I tried to say was that

• The issues of the user will be resolved without your involvement if the user isn't guilty.
• The issues of the user won't be resolved if the user do anything suspicious. Your involvement won't make any difference.

But in some cases, the involvement of a 3rd party like you may make the situation complicated. Because casino don't like the 3rd party involvement in a dispute except the mediators. You are making some free money by doing this. Anyway, I expect you to lock this thread as the issue has been resolved already.
